When I go in to dump my black tank the staff is polite and professional. But the last two times I've stopped by to dump there's a guy who's absolutely rude. I feel sorry for the rest of the employees who have to work with him. I won't be referring this place to anyone because of him.
back there again.

Safe place to store your mobile home or trailer. There is a gate that locks everything in, and the storage unit land on its own is in a nice location, not a lot of random people driving / walking by. It's right behind a place that always has police there for work needs, so it feels really safe. It does have a dump station if you need it before parking your trailer. I highly recommend: they do have open air, just parking or very big safe garage/ storage unit parking, completely locked and covered that are like 20×50.

I felt like I had to take a moment to say how wonderful Rob and everyone at Ridge Valley are. First, they're the only storage lot near metro Denver that will work with well-kept/maintained vintage vehicles needing storage. But my 5 stars isn't for that reason alone - they truly give great customer service. Every business will hit snags like a gate malfunctioning, but I've personally experienced Rob come out on a Sunday to help renters get in. Beyond that, if you ever run into him he's the nicest guy and always willing to chat. Even when you call the office the team is very friendly and helpful. Through the various construction projects they've had as they upgrade the storage facilities, they've been communicative and accommodating. I am also admittedly terrible at checking my email and missed a couple invoices, and Rob simply gave a call to let me know rather than a corporate-like email. We've been storing our rig at Ridge Valley for several years now and intend to continue because the service is top-notch combined with a great location.

Terrible service, the worst RV dump station I've ever used (it's raised up to the point you can't drain) water drainage issues leave your rig sitting in 4-6 in of water if it rains. Extremely expensive. Security is lax when it works. They recently went with shorter gate codes, so even less security. There is supposedly a guard, but never seen one. Gate is often broken, and just up.

Never rent from here. That super law on maintenance, heater on all the time even if you don need it and that still charging you for that. And on top of everything that will tell you to move out because that want to rent your storage to their friends and will say that that gonna grow out your stuff to salvage company or with forklift to the street. And what that said that can do on their property what ever they. So be careful maybe next time they want to make your RV as shooting aim because they want it.

Pros: -The people are very nice and helpful -the location is great and very convenient to I70 -they are doing some renovations and adding more garages, a sign they care about their customer experience -decently priced. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive Cons: -they are renovating but a couple of areas could be updated. Nothing wild just regrading surfaces -doesn't have wildly nice amenities (not really an issue for me) - I wish they had more canopy spots - they do have security but would like more of a security presence. Maybe it's me but make it at least look like if you break in you'll face some 'Texas Justice'
