Called the guy this morning to help us with road service, said that he has to go from Colorado Springs to Denver to pick up the part. Gave us ETA around 10:30 that he will be there in an hour and 2 hours later is not picking up the phone. Wasted our whole day and made us a huge problem with the broker.

I had an oil change a few days ago in TA. In Memphis, TN the mechanic didn’t tighten the oil pen . While i drive in denver toward Texas got all my Engine oil leaked and the engine shuts off on i 25. Charles found me and went to get the parts and oil and did taking care of my truck in less than 2 hour he’s one beautiful soul.
Love these guys. Highly recommend it.
