Great experience overall having my car repaired with Kaizen. Sheila called me and left me progress updates, the ladies at the front helped me with my rental. Overall 10/10 customer service. My car was clean and the body work was excellent!

This place is amazing they did a wonderful job that was on time and any problems there was open communication until I picked up my car I wouldn't go anywhere else or recommend anywhere else to go so if you want your vehicle fixed by nice trustworthy people this is the place

The service itself and work has been top notch. However, the fact that the shop ONLY accepts payments via credit card and then turns around and charges you a 4% fee for using said card is very poor business practice. I am a small business owner myself, most of my revenue is via credit card, I am well versed in the fees associated with such payments. But not offering other forms of payment and then forcing a 4% fee on top of your limitations, is very poor practice! If you can use a debit card, you can avoid the fee, but you are at the mercy of the credit card processor on how your card is processed. My card is both a debit/credit, and ended up processing as a debit without the pin (this is not always the case for me at other businesses), so I was fortunate enough to not pay the 4% fee, which was nominal on my balance anyway. Again, it was not the work or customer service, it was the business practice that completely rubbed me the wrong way. My car was actually done early, looks great and the entire process was seamless.

Took my wife's car in found this company just on Google and read a few reviews and came in they were great we didn't know what we were doing they walked us through it all took care of everything it was quick it was painless and it was a wonderful experience that we were pretty scared how it was going to turn out but it couldn't have gone better thank you guys You're the greatest.

The customer service we received was amazing! We ran into issues with the other driver's insurance and the team at Kaizen went above and beyond to help us sort it out. They closely managed the parts ordering and repair work which resulted in getting our daughter's car back quickly and with quality repair work.

All the employees at Kaizen are great to work with. They kept me informed every day about where my car was in the repair process and were quick with a solution when there was still an issue at the time I was to pick up the car. I would highly recommend Kaizen for any car repairs you might need.

Very impressed with the shop and how fast my car was return post accident. Even more impressed with the communication I received throughout the whole process. I loved how I spoke to mostly women who are in the mission of getting shit done, and I can appreciate that.

Beyond impressed with our experience at Kaizen in Arvada! The estimate was incredibly detailed and the price was very reasonable compared to other shops. After I dropped my car off they called me with updates every couple of days totally unprompted. When I picked up my car today it was spotless which was not the condition I left it in! Thank you Kaizen for all of your hard work.
