I dropped my phone off with Kevin at 11:40 to get a new battery. It was done by 1:30, less than 2 hours later. I was very pleased with the service. Kevin was very friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Cellular Exchange for your cell phone repairs and needs!

So glad I came to Cellular Exchange! Needed to replace my screen as well the USB port and they got it done quick. Instead of just replacing my screen, they had a used Galaxy phone that was basically brand new. Switched the internal for the other phone and it's practically brand new. Didn't charge an arm or a leg for the service so I'm really grateful for it. Kevin was absolutely professional and had such a positive attitude. If you want honest service, you have to come here!!!

Went there after my phone screen broke and they did what I thought was a good job and were extremely respectful spent around 280 dollars on the new screen 2 days later my screen was completely unresponsive I took it back and they told me it was a mother board issue and that it was unrepairable I’m a pretty busy guy with work so I don’t have much free time I took it to another place to confirm the issue and they said it was the screen and not the mother board and the reason it didn’t work was because the screen was poor quality now my phone works completely fine and I’m out about 600 dollars on a phone I just would like my money back from them

Nice people, but the screen they replaced for me must have been cheap after-market garbage and has failed less than 2 weeks after repair. The repair cost more than I paid for the phone, that was my first mistake. It protruded from the phone unlike the original screen which made the case not fit. It left tracers when I would swipe, and I could "push" the pixels on the screen like you'd see on a liquid crystal monitor. For how much I paid for it, I am disappointed in the quality, and that I wasted that money and have to buy a new phone.

Amazing honest service! I thought my screen was broken but turned out my screen protector was just doing its job! Kevin was kind & knowledgeable, and was able to replace my screen protector in just a few min. Will be coming back for all future phone repairs!

Great place and friendly service! I took my new iphone in with a new screen protector. He put it on it was perfect! No charge! I’ve been here before for repairs on previous phone and they fixed every problem! I trust their knowledge and expertise! I’ve recommended them to friends and everyone has been very happy!
