The manager Tony and and the other supervisors are very unprofessional The price
Furniture way too high. Especially when it's damaged and they don't care
And they treat their employers like Crap this is not somewhere to shophorrible management

Our family loves this thrift store so much better than any thrift store and we live closer to other thrift stores but choose to always go to this thrift store cause of the awesome selection and cause of the employees being so helpful and friendly- they make you feel comfortable and make you want to come back to your specific store. And there’s one specific employee that we love to come see(cashier Maria ) with her awesome personality that our kids love and all the costumes she wears shows how devoted she is to her job how much she loves to be there !!!Whatever you pay her isn't nearly enough cause we think shes priceless!!!!!

What an absolutely lovely store! Incredibly clean!! ?+ organized, + when you walk in, you can see a distinct Section for women and men, then there’s a huge behind-the-scenes book ? +furniture section with lots of home furnishings!! The home decor section is organized really well and there’s a lot of really lovely stuff, including seashells faces and trinkets! Old & new. There’s also two big containers of art pieces and wonderful art decently priced ! Plus, the staff greeted me and were friendly and seem to really be on top of their game ! Really impressed with this store!!

This store is almost always dirty. Piles of merchandise in the back area you have to wade through. Prices are all over the place and often well over what items are worth at retail.

Was there a shopping today when I picked up package of straws that were new and the price on the package said 2.99 and Arc's price was two ninety nine. I brought it up to the check out counter and said how can this be ?The guy said well it's new do you want to talk to a manager? I didn't there's just no point shopping there.

So expensive for the most outdated furniture possible selling used stuff for the same price you can get it for new!!! It's crazy the power trip these workers seems to be on, you're best not stopping here. Staff is at the least friendly.

Let me start by saying the day shift crew seems to always be positive smiling no matter how busy the check Out line can get. The night crew seems more on edge sheldom smile and always seem to be getting chewed out by the skinny lady who works there. I hope she is not a manager cause she is not a good example of one the way I have heard and seen her talk to people if she hates her job that much why not look for something else does she come to work to release her issues on the other workers ? I'm curious that's what we customers seem to see and feel. You had 1 lady checking people out that everyone was going to as she was bagging needed change and trying to answer other employees. Another lady cashier paged who needed help and no one even came held up the line that was already around the isles, you can see the frustration in there eyes and no one answers back after a good 10 minutes the skinny female comes behind the register to get what I call hostile with the female everyone was going to about who was on break and lunch when the cashier tried to answer the question she grew even more agitated at her accusing her of letting others take a lunch in front of a long line of people which should have been more important then her issue who take a lunch. Then she see's it was busy and walks away to the cashiers in the very front and yells out to the lady cashier in the back end shouldn't you be getting out, your sift ended not sure of the time see expressed but I and several others heard her yelling from the other end how the lady cashier needs to have better time management and needed to close now very unprofessional and then she directs her like a animal follow me leaving 2 cashiers to handle a pretty long line of people needing to check out the bossy lady was really loose with her mouth for everyone to hear honestly if I was the employee I would of walked out being talked to like that infront of other employees and customers. What I observed was the skinny older lady walking with another older blonde employee going in and out of a room by the dressing room or through the double doors in the back of store I guess the 2 were to busy to help there team members leaving them to sink to go off with the blonde lady I do not personally no either of the ladies I take are in charge but I have seen both of them on several visits to the arc and the skinny one walks around bossing everyone like she is the top dog and walking back forth from back to the front yelling at certain employees. The Is atmosphere was not a very pleasant one at the arc this evening.
