I have taken several vehicles here and received excellent service every time. The last two times were for my 2001 Ford Focus wagon. Someone smashed the rear hatch. The car looked amazing when I got it back right down to the perfect color match. The other was a dent in the bumper of my Toyota Rav 4. Can't even see it was dented. Jenny, Ann, Bob, and everyone in the back are so wonderful. Hope I don't have to go back, but know that if I do, they will make a bad situation a little better. Thanks again.

Jenny was super warm, professional and kind. I was in duress after my car bumper had come off and she had my job handled seamlessly. Also thank you to Anthony to doing such a fantastic job. It looks amazing and was handled with precision and care. Hope you were able to enjoy a small coffee on me!

I've had body work done to my car when I was previously in an accident and Yucca Auto Body did an amazing job making it look like new! I just took my new SUV to get an upgraded emblem change out and they did another fantastic job! I highly recommend them

We have a Lexus LX570. We had minor front end damage from contact with a pole. This vehicle has a three part pearl paint job. Jenny helped us and was very professional. The repairs on our car were completed on time. The paint matched perfectly. I highly recommend Yucca Auto Body.

They kept my daughters car for 2 months. Rude and unhelpful when we tried calling to inquire about progress. Got the car back eventually with less gas than before and still not fixed. Air conditioner broken which was not an original issue and stoppers missing from several tires. I honestly did not know customers could be handled so poorly. We will only look to close friends and family to do auto repairs thanks to the treatment we received at the hands of this establishment.

Absolutely pitiful customer service for any type of business. I was lectured by the estimator about the damages to my vehicle and told they were not going to fix any scratches that were caused by the accident and only the 1 fender that had been hit.I’ve been to school, I’m an adult and will be respectful to people until I’ve been wronged. I literally got in my car and drove away from the crazy lady doing the estimate while she was still writing.

Yucca Auto Body was great. A warm and inviting environment with people that great you upon entry (not too common a thing, nowadays). Jenny, specifically, was great: from getting an estimate, letting us know our courses of action, and also in giving her professional opinion. I would definitely go back if I had to.

Stopped in to get a quote and see how long it would take to have some minor work done on my vehicle ... Jenny is a "wonderful" human being ... Friendly, accommodating, no nonsense and most importantly didn't try to get me to do anything other than what I came in for (unlike some autobodies). She's been at this awhile, so understands the auto industry! I had nothing short of a great experience and the work completed in a timely fashion (quicker then anticipated). As well, Ann, the front office gal was pleasant and addressed any initial questions I had ... Great group!
