really happy with the tires and service I received from Koritas tire the other day. The price was great and the mount/balance was perfect right down to using the short valve stems I prefer for offroad. Thank you and you will be my first call when it's time for new tires.

Do NOT bring your vehicle for suspension installation. A few months ago I bought Fox 2.5 with DSC's and they offered installation at a fair price. Again DO NOT bring it here. List of complaints: 1. They forgot to add 2 bolts that belonged to my suspension setup (a safety risk) 2. They lost one of my wheel locks 3. They installed the reservoirs incorrectly 4. Did not level my vehicle after it was agreed, back was lower and front end was uneven.
You invested a lot of money on purchasing on your vehicle, commute to a well known offroad store such as LTW or SoCal Supertrucks that will do the job right.

Got 4 tires from there and was very happy with the price. I've gotten tires here previously and was impressed so that's what brought me back. Very friendly staff. Not sure who the lady is.that works in the front but she's definitely a people person.

Worse experience. Ordered tires and was told a date they would be in. That's the last I heard from them. There is zero communication. The employees are nice but that only goes so far.

They used to be great but the last few times that I have been a customer, they were terrible.
I called to see if they would put my new battery in my car. They said yes and told me they’d only charge me $10. I brought it by and when it came time to pay, the person ringing me out asked me to remind him how much he told me it would be. I told him $10. He chuckled and said “well I’m charging you $20.” It’s not a ton of money or anything, but it felt extremely scammy and rude.
More recently, my husband had made an appointment a week prior to have them look at his suspension. When he dropped it off (at 8:30) the person helping him said he had no appointment. They took the vehicle anyways and said they’d call when they took a look at it. Hours went by with no call so we called for an update. They said “oh yeah yeah that one is next!” Hours go by with no phone call and then they close. Since we dropped it off on a Saturday morning and they are closed on Sundays, we wouldn’t be able to pick up the car until Monday morning and would have left it to sit there for two days. On Monday we went to pick it up and they still hadn’t even looked at the vehicle so we took it home. They didn’t even offer an apology or anything. That was our final straw with this place. They need better management or something.

Thought I needed one stud replaced. Turned out I needed 3 yikes. Waited on parts and I sat and waited for an hour and a half. Great prices and great people. Will be back as needed. Thank you Koritas.

We needed a specific tire for our 42 ft fifth wheel and they were able to get it for us. They cleared out their lot and stopped traffic to get us in and quickly took care of us. Everyone there was super nice and efficient.
