Be careful when purchasing a screen protector from them. The box says "lifetime warranty " I went back to get my screen protector replaced after only having it 2 weeks. The young man working there says you have to purchase the lifetime warranty??? Wtf that don't even make sense. Don't be a fool like me. Just go online and get yourself a few for the sane price that will come with the warranty. What a rip off!! So disappointed!

Every time I need any help with my plan or upgrades the staff at this T-Mobile is always there to help. Miguel makes the entire process as easy and convenient as possible. He is always looking to get me the best promotions for me and my entire family! I definitely recommend doing your phone business here!

I’ve gone to many of the different T-Mobile stores in our area (and outside as well) but I always find my way back to this store in particular due to the friendly and knowledgeable customer service that is always held up among one another as a true definition of a TEAM! One individual I must give appreciation to is Miguel Paredes. Always shows acknowledgement and that he’s there to help in anyway. He assures all my questions and concerns are answered (pros and cons, very honest) before anything is bought and I leave the store. Definitely 10/10 on his structure and ability on multitasking but making sure the guests are always put first. I recommend all to make their way to this T-Mobile store that is located in our Yuba city Mall. You will NOT be wasting your money on nonsense, feel rushed and definitely no time wasted. You will leave the store feeling happy, smiling, and proud of the discissons you just made!!!!

This store is so great and very helpful. Any time that I’ve had trouble with my phone or I was shopping for a new device or needing an upgrade it gets done fast and easy. The workers are kind and understanding and patient.

Please avoid this location at all cost. Our first visit was all good, two months later the discount promotions were not applied to my bill, three months later, an employee at the store added an additional line without our authorization, we had to file a police report, today we found out there was a different address listed on our account. Please just go to a different location, or do everything online or over the phone if you can. We cannot wait for our two years to be up so we cancel with them.
