Our car died out in Colusa, Randy (jr) arrived quickly, loaded it up within a few mins, and took it to Harvey and Songer in Yuba City. Very reasonable rates, especially for the weekend and for how quickly he got to us. Plus he was a great conversation on the drive. Thanks!!

Randy came to tow our 2019 ram truck last night and did a great job. We got rear ended and wasn't sure how we were going to get our stuff out of the truck and he said don't worry I'll bring it buy the police dept. and you can get your stuff out. When he got there he said just take your time and get all your things out, not in a hurry. After just getting rear ended we were pretty shaken up and it was nice to know we could recover our things. I would sure call Randy if I ever needed help again. Thanks Randy for being so nice!

Don't waste your time going to any other tow company. These guys are so sweet and go out of their way for you. It's definitely worth it. Just overall amazing.

Thank you Randy JR for towing my car. I was on the highway 70 & feather River blvd exit when my radiator decided to break. I sat there calling FARMERS ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE for 1.5 hours 1230pm-2pm trying to get a tow truck that would get paid by their cheap asses. After calling 5 different times & estimates of 4 more hours (alongside the highway) numerous dropped texts and my phone dying which then killed my battery I was accepted by GOD AKA RANDYS TOW SERVICE. BY 220pm I was picked up. (20 minutes after my 4th call to farmers roadside) yes... 20 minutes my life was saved. Randy JR backed my car into a very tiny mobile home park driveway with precision and a smile. I tipped him $25 for the TLC. (Farmers only paid him $161 actually I paid with my Visa card because they said I didn't have tow insurance.) Which Monday Farmers & I had a chat about that. I clearly have towing. Besides that stupid situation they only gave my towing guy $161. You suck farmers roadside So if anyone ever needs help directly call :Randy's Towing Yuba City and they'll help you especially with farmers crapy service or self pay. Everyone was watching Randy JR back my very dead car (battery died on the side of the road charging my phone waiting to be saved) into the ittibitty driveway and cheered him on. I made a call earlier this week requesting for a car lockout. The associate who picked up the call told me that they would get a representative out asap. What would have been twenty minute drive to get out to me turned to an hour of waiting for them to arrive. As I was in a rush to go somewhere, I had to call the towing company back to cancel my request and drive another family member's vehicle. After looking at the reviews, It looked promising but ended up being extremely disappointed.

Randy personally came and gave me a jump in my wife's hybrid, arriving in about 5 minutes in with kids in tow. He said it was on his way and not only showed me the problem but brushed off my forgetting my wallet. Great dude. Good service

Randy did a great job towing my wife’s Tesla model X. If you own a Tesla or any other car for that matter I would greatly recommend Randy. He knows his way around Tesla vehicles and was able to pop the hood with having a dead battery, he then knew right where the positive and negative points were to access the 12 V so that way my windows could be rolled up and the doors fully closed. Very professional and fast. Highly recommended.Services: Battery service
