They were charging me over $300 per month for bipap machine and didn't explain it to me. Then took it back. Wouldn't do business with them again.

I just got a BiPAP machine from Owen’s and from the get-go they did not have all of the parts specifically the tube which needs to be heated. After bringing it home and using it last night the machine leaked water everywhere. The tank is defective. Of course they have no way of helping me on the weekend so that will leave me without much sleep this weekend. So far my experience with a Owens has been that they are very incompetent and not very helpful. I would consider another medical supplier if you have medical supply needs.

I must concur with the other negative reviews. Lisa was rude abrupt and short on anything resembling tactfulness. I was sent the wrong items for my cpap. After calling a week ago and being told they would send the correct parts immediately, I was told by Lisa they are on backorder? When I asked why the app isn't monitored, she informed me it does not work in my case?? When I asked about a new cpap she said to talk to my doctor to get a new one even though I qualified 3 years ago. She was obviously annoyed that I asked, how will I know when I will get my replacement parts.Answer ( you will get them when we get them ) Sorry to bug you LISA! I hope there is another provider out there somewhere that has some compassion and class!

DONT USE OWENS IN YUBA CITY!!! I only give them 1 star because I have to! If I could give negative, I would. My husband got a BIPAP from them, and just yesterday, they came to our house to pick it up due to :non compliance. " I didn't let them take it and called Owen's immediately. They stated that he hadn't been using it enough! He uses it EVERY NITE!! They claimed they had been calling since December, yet this is the 1st time we have heard from them about this! They claimed they had sent letters, which also isn't true as I take ALL correspondence from them. Also, not too long ago, we requested supplies from them for the BIPAP. They never mentioned any problem and got the supplies out to us. They threatened that if we did not let them come get it, they would turn it to collections! I called Innovative Sleep Center in Yuba City, and they said they have complete compliant numbers that prove that he's been using MORE than what is required to have insurance cover it!! I.S.C. is calling Owen's to get this fixed, but when I called Owen's, they didn't even try to hear what I was saying. They talked over me and would even entertain the problem might be on their side. They told me they needed to come and get it and that we would have to start ALL OVER again with our doctor to get another. We'll if it comes to that we're going to be using another company!! ....certainly NOT Owen's!!!

I called Owens for help with my CPAP machine and I got so much help and encouragement. Another company gave me incorrect information that put me in a panic. Owens clearly answered my questions and calmed my nerves. Now I know I can get another CPAP when I need it, and it will certainly be from Owens.

My doctor sent an order to this facility for a wheelchair after fracturing my ankle/knee which was on a Sunday. I hadn’t heard anything from them so I called on Wednesday and left a message. I still did not receive a call back so tried calling again 2 days later which was on a Friday. A female answered the phone and I told her I was calling to check the status. I also indicated I left a message 2 days prior and hadn’t heard anything back. She was not friendly at all. Her exact and ONLY words were “What’s your name”, “Who’s the doctor”, “We don’t accept your insurance” , “Call Apria”. I understand it was short and to the point but she could of been more courteous about it. Maybe even an apologize that my call was never returned. Also, even with them not taking my insurance they could of at the very LEAST called and let me know. That was an entire week wasted! The person I spoke to definitely needs a fresher coarse in customer service!

Owens Yuba City has terrible customer service, will limit you on the amount of oxygen tanks you can get a week and told us we would be turned away if we came to the store for refills

Their great till you have a problem and they can’t supply you with a replacement till your recalled Cpap that they sold your insurance company is repaired or replaced! Nice service

If I could give zero stars I would. There is only one person at Owen's that will speak with you like they want your business.The rest of the women there speak with such distain and contempt. It really bothers them when someone calls with a question.I can only imagine the work environment.Please use anyone else.

They obviously needed the Oxygen tank because they called daily to get updated verification from my Dr that I still needed it. They were pushy about hounding me for the monthly payments we well - between mail invoices and daily phone calls it was ridiculous. At most I was a week late! I was happy to return their equipment and get them off my back.
