Screwed up and missed my 1pm appt .... For 3 doggies to get their nails done and she took us very late anyways!!!! One of my dogs was ill. Argh!

I have been taking my dog to this establishment for 10 years and have frequent standing appointments (poodle maintenance). I'm always greeted warmly and my groomer is very communicative with me regarding my dog's grooming and styling. I have full and complete trust in my groomer! I highly recommend!
