I bought a rubber mattress topper of theirs through a store in Nevada City and mistakenly washed the zippered cover after some yrs, thinking 1-it was zippered to be removed 2-not seeing wash instructions nor a warning not to do so on the label. When it shrunk in a cold water wash/air dry to the point I could no longer get it on, I contacted OMI and they very kindly replaced it for me.
