First time in a Mattress Firm and we were quite impressed with the service. Joshua and Josiah were on duty and took great care of us from the time we entered, to the time we left after purchase. I’d highly recommend working with these two if you visit the store. Joshua took lead in showing us our options and helped us focus on the important aspects of what we wanted so we could narrow down the choices. This was done in a truly helpful way with ZERO pressure to purchase right now. We left, but returned same day to make the purchase with Josiah actually doing the transaction. All details of purchase, credit, delivery, and break in period were thoroughly explained. Just great service and looking forward to the mattress delivery and set up in 2 days.

Had a great shopping experience today! We were greeted right away by Josiah who listened attentively and was very helpful in helping us select just the right mattress for our needs. My boyfriend and I were looking for a new mattress since we were upsizing and had no idea where to start. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with and met John. John took his time to introduce himself, ask what we were looking for, what type of mattress we preferred, and budget. He carefully showed us a handful of mattresses and explained each one and budget for the mattress. I can’t thank John enough for his patience and kindness during this process and we ended up with a great mattress. We can’t wait to get it delivered! Thank you!

Had a great experience shopping the tempurpedic memorial Day sale at this mattress firm in yuba City. We had an exceptional salesperson named Josh who did a terrific job of informing us on all the different mattress choices. He was very pleasant and not pushy.

Gabriel is the sleep expert, he was awesome. He educated me on all the different mattresses and brands and options. And he is also hilarious and made me laugh alot, and made the buying experience wonderful. I very highly recommend him as your sleep expert. Love Mattress Firm!?

I believe johnny was his name. He walked us through, gave us the best price, explained the paperwork and even gave a handshake. Those are far and few. Great experience I'll be going back. I do have one discretion. My wife was home upon delivery of mattresses. She said they were here like scheduled, but one of the men was very rude. As if it was to much trouble to take our old mattress, which we were told they would. She didn't bother to get name's. I just find that discouraging.

Best place to buy an affordable quality mattress, hands down, especially if you want to test any out first! Johnny here is great! He took the time with us. Allowed us to see, feel, and try a few different mattresses, ensuring we would be happy with the one we selected and purchased before leaving the store.
