Yao was such a nice and welcoming person, he offered modifications and other options for our couch. Flexible with every customer and amazing customer service. Came in for a mattress and box set, walked out within 20 minutes happy with my decision! Super fast customer service and they even delivered my set next day earlier at a special time so I could be on time for my job! Highly recommended!
