I would like to add....I don't care WHERE you shop....nor what it is for...especially for appliances...bigger ticket items, get the PHONE NUMBER TO THAT COMPANY BEFORE YOU PAY FOR IT....Call that number...then and ONLY then will you find what kind of "GREAT" customer care you will get...IF you get anyone on the phone...ask how long it will take to get parts and WHAT REPAIR SHOPS ARE AVAILABLE for that ITEM...CALL that repair shop, ask questions, which you may want to do anyway BEFORE you buy the item, ask about the history on that item, which gets repaired more often....NO repairs shops, nor parts available for MONTHS, guess I don't have to tell you to run like h...............l...or get burned...

My wife and I went to this establishment earlier so that we can pick up some items we saw online. The items were for storage but we were going to use them for recycling. Anyway, upon entering, we asked two of the cashiers where we could find the items and whether it was because of my explanation or anything else, we were told that something like that was not present at their branch. We would go to the aisle they suggested us to go to and that's where we bumped into Cody. Before we went to him to ask for his help, he came to us and asked if we needed any assistance. He went out of his way to show us several different items until we found the item we were looking for. Cody was not only knowledgeable of the items, he knew where to go to find what we needed. He was also very personable, asking us how our day was going and even answering when we asked him the same thing. We appreciate that type of customer service. It is far above any other reason to return to a specific place more than having certain items. When we finally found what we were looking for, the price was so good that we ended up picking up three of them. We know that anywhere else, it may have been pricier or nonexistent. I really appreciate visiting this space and we will definitely be going back as we will need more items from their location. I'm not sure who reads this with regards to places like Lowe's, but if you're reading this, please be sure to train everyone like Cody. We appreciate him, and it made our visit one of the least stressful things to experience this week.

I wasn't sure what I needed for my air compressor but I had excellent help in the tools department and actually found what I needed. The woman who helped me was very knowledgeable. I was impressed.

I love that I can check items on the app to see if they are in stock. And, the app tells me exactly where to find items in the store, so I'm not chasing an employee around.

I love Lowes-YC always have good customer service . Love whoever purchases decorations because I always find something. I took a chance on the shampooer rental and OMG it's wonderful like the Lowes rep told me . I have a white rug that I have had 2 professionals clean and they never got it white but this Lowes shampooer did , amazingly , so I will definitely be getting this again

Terrible job, not answering calls. Plus when we specifically requested tile deliver inside the backyard they delivered it outside and charge $119 for half a pallet. Total loss. Recommend renting UHAUL

The worst experience in shopping for items..All staff were engaged with their phones. No one helped me find a cart, or hand cart..All carts were in parking lot or lined up on the far side of the building..No help from any person..I had to walk out and get my own cart and find / carry my own items..even age 65...the girl and clearly a immature woman mumbles her words, checked her phone..and ignored my request for help.Horrible employees...

I'm a pro/mvp shopper that has noticed a major decline in the quality of customer service to the point that I'm going to go back to recommending the home depot to my customers again. I can't have my customers going into lowes and having negative experience after negative experience.

I just want to give a shout out to Bella who helped me with tile backsplash for my kitchen. She has given me the best customer service I have ever had. She has made this transaction so smooth and has followed up with everything she said she was going to do she needs to have an employee of the year award from Lowe’s. I wish all employees were just like her. Thank you so much Bella

Bought a refrigerator here that broke down less than a month after purchase now waiting for manufacturer parts that are back ordered going on one month without refrigerator........
