Customer service is good. Prices are fair, they could come to an arragement on prices. My orders were good on time however the color of my sofa wasnt what I ordered. They have to pay more attention to detail.

Very Dishonest people’s I bought new sofa but after 3rd day sofa was peeling out from every where then I let them know about fault they said this is not our fault may be you did something , very very bad people’s please don’t go there , Very Bad Bussiness and Dishonest people’s and Bad service

Very helpful furniture store. I bought a kitchen table and everything was great. They even helped me touch up a minor defect and I didn't feel like I was just another customer. They have a great respect for there customer's unlike big furniture companies.

Bought my bed there. Nice guys, willing to work with you provided you have an average of $1000 to spend if your looking for a bed. If you have a truck or access to one use it, there's a $99 fee if you live within 10 miles and it was something like $2.99 or higher for every mile after 10. Good product though, worth looking into.

It’s very nice furniture place and with great prices. On top of that wonderful selection. Bob was very helpful with no sales pressure to sell. I selected my furniture set and it was delivered and setup on the day it was promised. Great shopping experience.

They have very nice furniture some has a little pricey for me others they have sale items that are outstanding. I bought a chair for under $100 very comfortable I sleep in it sometimes and that included delivery and they're very nice people even the delivery people were nice

I've bought a lot of furniture from Furniture Time and have had a great experience each time. Bob is extremely helpful and their prices are great. If they don't have what you're looking for in the showroom they can order it and at a much better price than other sellers. Highly recommended.
