Ordered over a month ahead of time for my husband’s birthday. On his birthday I decided to call the Yuba City store. I was told that day , they don’t deliver to Loma Rica. They had over a month to let me know . But never did. Not only that,, the lady said they didn’t have any champagne as was included in my order.that I paid for. They had over a month to make sure that the order was complete. She said they left several messages. I never received a email, voicemail, or text message from anyone there. His birthday was totally ruined. I’m so thankful I called to check. Very irresponsible and very unprofessional. Never will do business with them ever again. Ask for a refund. . Who knows if I will get it.

Never disappointing! They make sure everything you order is top notch:) I’m constantly getting treats from there and I can safely say they’re the best in town. ESPECIALLY that cheesecake ? anyways! Friendly staff and Elisa is a great owner! Would highly recommend Edible!

Ordered online on a Saturday for same day delivery & paid extra for delivery. The order did not show up. Waited the next day to see if it would show up and it didn’t show up until the end of day. Never received a phone call from EA to let me know it would not be arriving on the supposed day. Tried calling the store multiple times and left a message, no one answers & no one calls back. Very frustrating.

Elisa (owner) was so kind! She offered great suggestions for what I was looking for. Also it was near closing and so I thought I had to come back the next day but Elisa jumped right on it and promptly had my order ready when I returned from my errand. The chocolate dipped strawberries look great! I can’t wait to gift these to my friends!Thank you Elisa + YC Edible Arrangements team for the kind and courteous service!

Really good treats unfortunately their times and day that they are open is a hit or miss you never know when they will be in. Online says they are open and you go and they are closed.

My husband placed an order of over $100 on 12/2 that was to be a surprise for my birthday on 12/3. There was no update from the business, no phone calls, etc. So today 12/4 I called very upset explaining that the item was to be a surprise for my birthday and that I waited all day and did not commit to plans I had because this delivery was supposed to be coming, I explained that it was a big problem on their part. The girl told me she had no explanation as to what was going on and that she would call her boss and call me back.... No phone call, just an email saying they refunded the money back... I did not ask for a refund. I asked for an update and an explanation! I still wanted the gift my husband ordered for me! Very unprofessional!
