I moved to this area back in November from Sacramento, I’ve been getting my prescription filled at this location since, there has not been one refill that has gone smoothly. I have had nothing but issues, all of which lead to me running out of medication for a week or longer even when I request the refill earlier than I know it can be filled. They either try to fill one that isn’t the right code and my insurance declines it, or they never actually put the order in when they said they did. I’ve had to be the middle man everytime and have someone from my insurance actually call the pharmacy and straighten things out while also running out and having to wait on them to actually order it.

I usually get my prescription delivered. I spoke with pharmacy rep Jessie. Let me tell you her customer service does not even get a 1 star. Tone of her voice was rude I asked her for her name she told me her name sarcastically 2x's. She said call the 1 800 number it pretty much get it resolved with them. After today done with this pharmacy.

The CVS location on Stabler in Yuba City is my favorite local CVS store! The items I purchase there are usually always in stock, the store is clean, and the team members are helpful and friendly.

Don’t answer the phone when you call, have long slow moving lines, unhelpful when there are problems.

The pharmacists here are amazing and so helpful. However, the Management of this CVS has absolutely let them down. The store carpet is always disgusting and dirty and never looks like anyone bothers to vacuum. There is also an alarm that goes off every 15-30 seconds by a door to the right of the pharmacy that is SO irritating when you stand in line for the pharmacy. The Management should be ashamed and should look into taking some pride in running this store.

Super slow service, if you have a question good luck finding someone to help you. Pharmacy is alright still pretty slow. Come here only if you know what you want, if you know exactly where it is and if you plan on using self checkout

I have been using CVS as my primary pharmacy for a few years since my insurance company asked me to use them instead of Walgreens because of the Rx pricing. Since I deal mainly with the pharmacy this is my review of the interactions with those in that department. I have never had a problem dealing with them whether in person or over the phone. But I do have a slight annoyance that bothers me. I have a prescription that costs $183, with insurance, per month at CVS and I have checked online and noticed other pharmacies offering a considerable discount on it compared to CVS. I obviously switched to the other pharmacy to get a better deal but just wish they would lower their price so I would not have to go elsewhere. Also, not a big deal to me but I mention it to let others know, there is no drive-thru at this location.

I Love this Pharmacy. I've always used a CVS Pharmacy. Everywhere I have lived I've used a CVS Pharmacy. This one is Great. Just lately they have had some problems. With stock and long long lines. But that just means that a lot of people like this CVS. The Pharmacist Caitlin is the BEST. And Taylor has always been nice to me. I do spend a lot of money there though. I always get great service there. And Laura at the front register is so nice and knows what I need. Sometimes she has shopped for me and had everything ready for me to pick up. I'm very disabled and they know that and treat me so nicely.

Billed our insurance for a prescription that was never filled because it was out of stock at their store, then took hours to reverse it so I could get my prescription from another pharmacy.
