I experienced unprofessional behavior from a worker today. After purchasing scratch-off tickets, they asked for me to scan the tickets. Unfortunately, the scanner was not operating correctly. When I informed the worker of the issue, they disregarded my explanation and reacted with a disrespectful expression, which made me feel unfairly treated.

went on thanksgiving day after 11:30pm wanting to buy some milk, when heading to look if their was some milk, rude east indian worker said “No No you stay over their you can’t come here i’m mopping”, angry which I understood so I asked him if he could grab it for me since he was in the section, you can tell he was angry and just so rude he said “hurry which one you want”. when paying for it as customers came in he yelled over at them saying “No don’t go over their “. I understand he was trying to mop but there’s way nicer ways of telling people.I’ll never be going back awful service.

Got a hot chocolate as it stated on the coffee machine. It wasn't hot chocolate it was mint chocolate. Called tried to be cool about it to let them know as a heads up and got told it was my fault and how I should've tasted it before I left... there's a better 7/11 down Marysville if you keep driving down Bridge St.

Fri Jun 16th, 6:45 am Very rude cashier, he was talking by phone all the time I was there, very non professional and non attentive to nothing. Today when I entered to the store I asked him if he accept ebt, he said yes, Ipicked up some hotdogs and he saw this and didn't tell me nothing, when I wanted to pay he told me the hotdogs don't acept ebt. Why he didn't told me at the beginning, he is so rude he is very very rude and unhappy hindu man.

? ?First of all I love the rewards.Most of all, Raj, he is SO kind! As well as the owner, whom I forgot his name, and Dividin (I probley spelt that wrong) but they are so all so kind. There's only one gentleman who doesn't talk at all and is on the phone the whole time. But it's my favorite corner store I won't go anywhere else, besides the new 711 in Marysville. My Bridge St. 711 lhas things the Marysville 711 doesn't have and the one in Marysville has things the Bridge St. 711 doesn't have. I love them both. They're great people, very kind and respectful.

I go to 2711 every Sunday to get tacos before I go to church and I like the guys that work there I know the owner and plus I know the other guys cuz they used to work in the mall and I love this place

You have to put your card in the ATM and put in your pin number before the machine will tell you if it is completely out of money. Even then it doesn't tell you directly, it just doesn't offer an option to get money.

Just about every 7 11 store in town is great they are consistent with cleanliness and convenience items and customer service and they are always open

The cashier and manager is very racist and disrespectful, went in here with my boyfriend and I was accused of stealing because I am black, the guy harassed me and went into my pockets and screamed at me saying I stole something and I should take it out, when I told him to check his cameras because he didn’t find anything and I needed and apology he went around the back calling me a thief, I was so embarrassed, the manager then came out and said it happened all the time and instead of apologizing he said it’s okay we should leave while his employees racially provoked us and accused me of stealing even after he found nothing and refused to check his camera. Worse Store ever!! and I will be seeking legal Aid
