Was approached aggressively by a lurking skinny man in a black hoodie while making a deposit at the outside atm this morning. I ran into the bank to make my deposit inside. This branch used to have a security guard, I hope they consider bringing that back.

My son was on my account and legal recovery took 160.10 out of my account illegally because at the time my son was in bankruptcy. It’s my account only I added my son in case I passed but I had to take him off because legal recovery was taking MY MONEY and will not give it back nor will Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo will not help me in any way get my money back and I’m disgusted to the point that I have an appointment to close this account quick.I’ll never trust Wells Fargo again!

Update: Sept 17, 2023. NOT A SAFE ATM LOCATION due to negligence. The bank ignores gangsters laying on the concrete, posing as homeless while they case customers using the ATM. SUPER sketchy. The lazy bank manager does absolutely NOTHING about it, not even a call to police. This Well Fargo refuses to answer their phone. I challenge anyone from corporate Wells Fargo try to reach a CSR through the phone at your Woodland location during business hours. This Wells Fargo has the most lazy staff at any Wells. Showed up today at 2:30pm to use the ATM...First machine was out of $20s only had $50s....Second machine, out of paper so no printed receipt. Why cant these people keep these ATMs properly stocked on a Tursday at 2:30pm? Negligent management, thats why..Also, whats up with the fruit vendors parked on the property? Sometimes they sit right next to the ATMs. So can any vendor use WF property to sell goods now? If so, then I'm sure the bank manager would be cool with me rolling a hot dog stand out there too since Wells Fargo is obviously cool with the fruit vendors selling fruit on their property, so why would they chase me off? That wouldnt be fair if they only allow a few vendors to setup a sales table on their property, but not others, so what is the criteria for getting approved to sell food on the WF property?

Exceptional Service at the Woodland branch today.I recently visited the Wells Fargo branch in Woodland, CA, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of extraordinary. With a last-minute need for three large cashiers checks to pay my taxes, I was expecting a stressful and time-consuming visit. But, to my pleasant surprise, the atmosphere at this branch was lively and welcoming - almost like a party!Despite a line of 15 to 20 people, everyone seemed happy and at ease, thanks to the fantastic branch manager, Joshelyn Anaya. She made sure to acknowledge every single person as soon as they walked through the door, creating an upbeat and cheerful environment. The teller, Cameron, also contributed to this fantastic experience with her efficiency and professionalism. Not only did I receive my cashiers checks faster than anticipated, but I also thoroughly enjoyed my time at this Wells Fargo branch. The entire staff went above and beyond to make a typically stressful tax-related errand into a delightful and memorable experience. I highly recommend this Wells Fargo location for all your banking needs. Kudos to Joshelyn, Carmen, and the entire team for making a difference!

Unbelievable. So I am buying a house. I took the day off and went in to wire the money to the title company, with the understanding from the banker, that the money would go through the same day. So I packed my truck and waited, and waited, and waited. So I went back to the bank and asked why my money hadn't been received by the title company. She said that she didn't know. So I called the wire transfer department. After 3 tries and 2 disconnects from their incompetence, I was finally able to talk to someone. He then told me that it takes them 1 to 3 days. Seriously you can't make this up. I said, they told me that if I wired it they would have it there the same day. He said nope sorry. One to three days. So all my things are in a truck in the rain for 1 to 3 days. Thank you Wells Fargo, once again for your incompetence and bad information. AGAIN. I will be changing my bank IMMEDIATELY after all this is done. Perhaps you can change your policy to actually inform your bankers not to give false information.

Always slow no matter what time of day it is. Only go for merchant but now they won’t even let merchants through anymore and you’re stuck waiting in line for an hour. Everyone’s short staffed and instead of being able to be with my team I’m stuck in line. Maybe it’s time for a new bank.

The worst branch ever. I wired money because they said that it would be there in the same day. So I went in at 9 in the morning, where AGAIN, they assured me that the money would be there in a couple of hours. Waiting... Waiting. So I called them. We were disconnected 3 yes while I was on hold. Then the 4th time they told me that it would take 1 to 3 business days. So here I am, truck full of my furniture, waiting to move into a house that MAY be 1 to 3 days. You can't make this stuff up. Thanks for your lies and wrong information.i will be changing my account as soon as these funds go through.

I had a blast here ! I was on my way to the Cashe Creek Casino and realized I had no money. The night before, which turned out to be the same day , just morning hours, I had already reached my limit. I wasn't able to transfer or even advance from other accounts . I got on the phone with customer care and I was helped to navigate and get myself some money out that same day even though it was at Max widrawal limit for me. One employee had already hung up on me because I called the regular customer care and not the merchant line. After talking to the nice gentleman , I was able to use my business account to (transfer money) pay myself and withdraw from my personal account. Yay ! at the end of the call there was this survey which allows you to rate your experience of customer care. I was able to address and leave a recorded comment for how I was treated. It is always better to visit the bank during normal business hours , so you'd know what to expect because over the phone it is hard to get someone to think a solution. In person its a feeling of being accommodated and getting them to actually give you some money. I called the customer care phone number and I let them know, that this could have been done at any customer service phone number as I had talked to the bank. One teller told me that the phone operators are just people working from home and they get paid. I didn't belive it , but came to realize how much information I give other over the phone about my account and its access and I can only wonder how I'd be robbed from my own money. If you people have a chance , please stop by in person at this bank to get money and help. Try not to use their customer care number as much as you end up giving only your personal information out to someone.

I had to stop at the bank to cash a check. I was greeted by a security guard when I walked in. Social distancing and mask are still required. There were only a few people in line and the all tellers were busy. When it was my turn I had a couple of items and the teller was very helpful and took care of my items and also told me about the new way to do some banking using my phone instead of my debit card. Good information. Everything was taken car of quickly. In and out in about 5 minutes.

Had to go into branch to cancel a cashiers check. As I was helped the banker & customer sitting at the next desk had their masks around their chins- completely off their faces. In a pandemic!? Also as I chatted w/ the banker she began politicizing mask wearing, saying being cautious about trick or treating are using “our children as pawns”. And of course her plans to have Thanksgiving w/ no masks & all family. This is just sad. We all have a responsibly for keeping everyone safe. My mothers nursing facility has an outbreak, patients are dying and my mom has COVID,. People only think about themselves and have no sense of social responsibility. Wells Fargo should be ashamed of itself for fostering this type of environment & putting customers at risk. I should not go into the bank & sit next to unmasked people chatting away- in a pandemic spread via aerosol. Where is the common sense? Why is the management allowing this?
