This is a terrible UPS store! Extremely rude and slower than molasses! The manager is very unprofessional. I will drive to Davis to drop off any shipments in the future. Do yourselves a favor, find another UPS store unless you like long lines, rude staff and unprofessional behavior.

Before heading to this UPS store be aware that they will not take boxes back under any circumstances and they're not very friendly about it either. We bought a box that was not ideal. Told the girl we'd take it and see if it would work. Nothing was said about no refunds if it didn't! Tried to return it the next day, in perfect condition, and we're told by the manager "I'm just an employee, the box is yours"!!!!! We spent $18.50 on a box that we don't need, can't use and discovered that UPS , in this case, stands for Unhelpful, Patronizing Service I will not be going back.

Always have had a pleasant experience at the Woodland UPS store. Everyone is always helpful whether I returning an item to Amazon or sending multiple packages to relatives. Would much rather come to this UPS store than the post office any day.

I purchased 2 boxes for a shipment at this location, I ended up not needing the 2nd box and came back with the filled box to ship and the empty spare to ask to return. I was helped by a younger guy originally, I asked him if I could return this 2nd box as I didn't need it. I had the receipt and it was purchased literally 30 mins prior. He asked if I had taped it or anything which I had not. The manager (from what she told me) interjected, raising her voice that it's the policy we don't do returns for boxes. I asked when did this become policy as it was never posted, it was not on receipt and I've done returns here before, she yelled at me that they didn't need to post this. I retorted are you stupid? Any other business will have their refund or return policy posted if they are not accepting or offering them. She yelled at me to get out of her store, and that she will call the police, all while she has a line of customers, making a scene that "I insulted her and was vulgar" and she proceeded to call the police. They never arrived of course since obviously she was just over reacting. I called the corporate number and made a complaint but who knows what will happen, I typically avoid UPS anyway, but have never had an experience like this. Clearly the manager needs to be replaced if she doesn't know how to explain story policies without yelling, giving attitude and trying to say it was the customers fault. She even went so far as to call the owner and give a false statement of my "vulgar" and apparently "threatening actions" and I'm completely out of line. I could hear her voice change while she was on the phone. Absolutely disgusting woman. Will be following up with corporate and to speak directly to the owner.

Guaranteed to delay your packages everytime you send through this UPS. The 3 day shipping that you pay for is pretty pointless. The customer service has been decent but that doesn't account for a late package everytime.

The two notaries public who work at this UPS Store (two females) do not know the California notary laws for which they are commissioned. I went in to have a document notarized for an out-of-state filing with the other state's notarial verbiage and these notaries public refused to notarize the document because it did not comply with California notarial verbiage requirements. However, the California Secretary of State's Office, Notary Public Division, Notary Public Handbook and California Civil Code 1189(c) both state that a notary public may, in fact, use the out-of-state notarial verbiage if that document is being filed outside California. When I produced the evidence showing this (i.e, the Notary Public Handbook and Civil Code 1189(c)), these notaries public couldn't understand what was written in black and white and still refused to fulfill their duties as a notary public, stating that they always do it that way. I later contacted the Secretary of State's Office, who confirmed these notaries public were in error. I would not expect these notaries public to take my word for it, as they don't know me; however, when provided with their own training material, they at least could have investigated further. Perhaps the Secretary of State's Office will set them straight as I have filed a formal complaint with that office. For the record, California Civil Code 1189(c) states, "On documents to be filed in another state or jurisdiction of the United States, a California notary public may complete any acknowledgment form as may be required in that other state or jurisdiction on a document, provided the form does not require the notary to determine or certify that the signer holds a particular representative capacity or to make other determinations and certifications not allowed by California law."

I had to print 33 pages of homework due that evening and my printer jammed on me. I sent my file to UPS explained my situation and the worker printed my documents instantly instead of the 24 hour turnaround. I couldn't be more thankful ! Another time I had issues with a Amazon return and the worker also helped ! Thank you for such wonderful service !

I've been here twice and what a nice group of people working here! I appreciate their assistance with two items being returned as well as use of their notary service. This will be my go to place in Woodland!

I’ve been a regular customer for 7+ years now. I wouldn’t say the staff are friendly, but they are competent and efficient. I recently used this store for PDQ Fingerprinting required to renew a state license and when I called before going I got the worst information and customer service! But once I arrived, the process was timely, smooth and even better than I expected! Sometimes I have to wait in a line to drop off my UPS/Amazon drop off packages, but it moves quickly and I’ve been impressed with how they have handed COVID measures. This is a solid store. I’d give them five stars if they upped the professionalism by improving their customer service, but I wouldn’t use the other negative reviews on Google to suggest this store won’t have what you need.

Staff is always pleasant. They always get us through the line as quickly as they can, but I never feel rushed while they are working with me and my shipment. Thank you Woodland UPS Team.

Quick line and fast, but the cashier (Monica) acted like she couldn’t be bothered. Extremely condescending. Wouldn’t go back here unless I had to.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went in to get a document notarized and they refused to instruct me on where to sign. DO NOT come to this UPS. The ladies here are extremely rude and not helpful.

The obese lady that works there has a bad attitude. I asked if I can email something for a print job and she said no they don't do that. I asked to check my mail box she acted like it was the most difficult task. Her tonality sucks and attitude is horrible. She should be fired.

I was in this store in the afternoon a couple of weeks ago, arriving with three or four very large framed pictures that needed to be packaged for shipping out of state. The two people that waited on me were professional, kind and helpful. They rode up the bill, told me I could pick it up within an hour or two and took my product away.I actually had to come back the next day and everything was ready for me when I arrived. Again the service was friendly and professional. It really makes a difference the type of staff that people have in a service-based business. I can tell by reading the reviews that the staff has changed over the years and right now the staff is great so congratulations UPS! I am taking more pictures there this week to get packed for shipping.
