I would say it was one of the highest rate loans I could get for buying my house. I lost some of the credits I received from the realtor because lender didn't want to use that toward any other buy down interest etc. She did not follow my direction during the loan. She ignored my calls at the closing date when I needed to talk to her. Not very happy with the loan I got with Susan. She was fast in processing the paper works for the loan. I would not recommend her.
