A nice man helped me pick out everything I needed to dye my hair! Recommended some great products! I dyed my hair and nothing went wrong, no burning and the tube of tint is going to last me a lot longer than some of the box hair dyes I’ve been using.

So I just left Sally's about 20 mins ago but I felt compelled to write a review. The sales clerk that helped me, her name was Amy. I have to say she was up on the all time highs in customer service. Everytime I go in to this particular Sally's I get top of the line service. I usually go in when Jason is working. He is the reason I go back but now I will add Amy to that reason. Customer service is EVERYTHING to me, and they bring it. Thanks!

Good experience today at Sally's in Woodland. Jason was super cool and helpful- he helped me find exactly what I needed and I hope he sticks around. He is a hard worker and gives this little store the boost of energy it needed!

Mayra was a great help today. There were several customers and Mayra helped each of us with professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care. This store was clean and the hair color area was well-stocked. I do not have to drive to Sacramento to get my Sally's fix. I will be back.

I see this store improving more and more everyday the staff there now are doing the best they can to meet everyone's needs but if you can't find anything at the store just order it online instead of giving these people a hard time. also to the people who are stealing from there your days are numbered won't be long till your caught by an employee there!!! and masks are to be always worn correctly they do not supply them for you if you know the rules you know you always keep a mask on you no excuses vaccinated or not stop endangering other's for your stupidity! Clean store!

They have quite a bit more stuff than the last time I was there! Today I was helped by Jason and he was totally awesome. What a helpful, outgoing and friendly associate! Sally's should do all they can to keep him!

I Came in today to get hair dye for a new fun look to do with my teen daughters hair. I was greeted immediately with a warm welcome. The two women working (Karen and Ava) came over to check on us and we explained what we were planning on doing with her hair. Ava walked us through the whole process of what we needed to use for both the dying and the recovery of possible damage following. She hand picked personal items depending on my daughter's sensitivity to products and even wrote down step by step instructions to refer to at home. Both employees went above and beyond in their service and I left with a happy teen and produced beautiful results. I highly recommend this beauty supply store!!!!

I’ve loved getting my hair color here for years, the product selection is good. They had a good steady team for some time but they’re all gone. Make sure to ask for Ava, she’s really the one left with good product knowledge and what a sweet heart! The new manager is well, new, so wasn’t really any help at all didn’t really know what she was talking about so I was disappointed but I hope that’ll get better soon

I have been a Sally customer in various locations for at least forty years. The store is a great go-to for all things hair and nails. Most of the employees are super-friendly and so helpful. Although I would love to see Schwarzkopf products at Sally, I'm usually okay with the products they do sell. I'd give Sally 4 1/2 stars if I could - except, I'm giving the Woodland Sally 3 stars for the following reason: Our community is very diverse, which is something I take pride in. It's excellent that Sally employs bilingual people. I am absolutely fine with that - except when an employee isn't truly bilingual! I'm pointing this out because Sally's needs to be aware of the problem. Some employees work alone on week-ends and don't speak enough English to understand my questions. At least two times I have called for information about a product. The woman who answers cannot understand my English, so she leaves me hanging on "hold" until I finally hang up (which is surely what she was hoping I would do). Talk about annoying! I would really appreciate it if Sally's would not have the employee work by herself...there should be one staff member in the store who is able to communicate (in person and on the telephone) in English. The situation is becoming so awkward and frustrating that I'm making more of my hair care purchases on Amazon.
