I’ve been a customer with First Northern for many years, but have noticed their quality and honesty have greatly decreased in the last year—this is the Woodland branch—I experienced a very serious error by their fault several months ago, and I do not recommend them anymore, and will be closing my accounts. I filed a complaint with the corporate office and am closing my accounts.

This bank constantly disabled cards without warning. It cost me over 1500$ in buisness this weekend and they blame it on visa sorry this isn't acceptable I'll take my account elsewhere since your hours suck too.

Great bank - hurray the small town business bank still exists!! They know my name went I call or come in, they are always friendly and very professional.A great place to bank. Have banked here for over 25 years and hope to be here 25 more.

Their debit card transactions are substandard at best. You can flip a coin on weather your card will process your transactions or not. I personally am tired of the hassle and thinking of changing banksThe information that customer service gives isn’t the information that is on the card. Even though you have used it within the last week or two. Suddenly it gets declined. C. S. Says that expiration date is wrong. But if you have been using it. How can it be wrong. ? Stupid stupid electronic banking system is what they are running there.

I came here recently to open a new account and I was helped with banker named Terry she was very professional and took her time to explain all the paperwork to me the whole process was very easy. They also have very good deals on their accounts would recommend to everyone

First Northern Bank in Woodland is a friendly professional quality bank. We moved from WFB in 2009 and so glad. Everyone has been great to us. Its a smaller town friendly bank. Financial Services was a big draw for us. David Davis headed us in the right direction with Retirement. I would definitely reccomend this bank.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! Horrible to their employees!!! I am a customer and our family has banked here for years I was working with a very nice, polite and helpful teller and if I remember correctly her name is Jennifer, she asked a question regarding what we were doing with the transaction and was humiliated, snapped at, and the poor thing all she could do was began to cry. All over ASKING a question on how to do the correct thing with my transaction. She was so embarrassed she couldn't even look me in the face. Julie Muller-Manager if you worked for me or any of my companies you would of been FIRED right then! You need to have a different position and retrained. I will be moving to another bank and hopes that sweet lady will find a better place to work, No job or money is worth to work in a environment like that. Just unbelievable how she was treated!

Very friendly bank. They have great employees that treat you as if you were an old friend. Not like the big banks that treat you like a stranger every time you enter. Only drawback, they are not open on Sat, and I don't like ATMs.
