The staff were fine, however, I reserved a car (4 door midsize) and they didn't have any and was offered a truck. This office definitely does not have the vehicle you want and may have to put up with some gas guzzler instead. Avoid this office.

I really disagree with the limitations Enterprise places on debit card usage, (not at airports, not in a state different from the bank's location). It makes zero sense, since a debit card's funds are technically much more guaranteed than a payment rung up on a credit card, (those payments can be stopped and challenged much easier than a debit card, and a debit card purchase is a certainty for funds availability, a credit card often has a bit of a delay in how much money is truly available). But besides that one issue, Enterprise is great, easy to use, and the staff are generally very helpful at whatever location I go to.

Great experience here. I had to leave my Jeep at hobbit for a day so they can do some repairs. Of course here it is a week before Christmas so I desperately needed a car. These guys delivered. First, it was an easy reservation done entirely online. When I got there, there were a few people waiting, but the Attendant got through as all very quickly and I was on the road. I was given a blue Volkswagen Passat, which was a great car. The return process was super easy as well. Highly recommend!

Wow, this place is amazing. Hands down Woodland Enterprise has the most professional staff (thanks Kyle and Jose!), great selection of cars, and easy stress free set-up to get me on the road quickly. I was here for a rental due an insurance claim and they work directly with my insurance to get things squared away. Kyle knows exactly how to deal with all his customers and was always friendly. Jose was also very helpful. Thanks to Enterprise Woodland my experience was easy.

I rented a VW Passat. 2020. Nice car! Fast but very touchy on the brakes though.All in all, very nice car!!

Very disappointed that I made a reservation, it was confirmed and then I received a text at 7AM that day that they did not have any vehicles available but they would put me on a wait list. No apology, no alternatives. Seriously, no vehicles at all?? And then no further communication after the comment about the waiting list. What poor planning and poor customer service..

Made a reservation on line. Confirmed. Went to location on Main and was told, "sorry, we don't have any cars". That was with a confirmed reservation. WORST customer service of any car company I have ever dealt with. they are not worth even one star.

Rented an SUV weeks in advance for a one way trip from Woodland to SFO on Dec 26. In the afternoon of the 23rd (a Friday), they called to say they didn't have it. Ridiculous. Left us high and dry. Nobody else could accommodate a one way on such short notice over the holiday. Tried to call the morning of the 26th to see if the situation had changed and they didn't even open at the time they were supposed to. Left us having to take an Uber. Will never rent from enterprise again.

I had to rent a car from here while mine was being repaired...I was referred by a friend to contact the manager Ivan so I did and from the very first call I had with him he was VERY unfriendly...from the tone of his voice to his words he was just VERY cold....I went in and to pick up the and I believe it was Luis that helped me and he on the other hand was very kind and professionally....because I was referred to Ivan while I was in the office I asked if I could ask him a question and he was standing behind the counter with his back to me and didn't even bother to turn around and address me or even make face to face eye contact...just answered my question with his back to me....then when I was on my way to drop off the car I called and asked if someone could drop me off to pick up my car just a few blocks away and again his monotone voice and responses were just unfriendly...Its not WHAT he sys...but HOW he says it. I work in a busy dental office and each patient needs to feel that we care and they have my attention......the car was great....Luis was great...but it seems like Ivan is not suited for customer service maybe he should get a job where he doesn't have to talk to people....
