“I don't know what the negative reviews are about. This CVS is stocked well and is clean with nice wide aisles and helpful pharmacy staff and employees. For the most part, 98 percent of the merchandise is easily available and not under lock and key. The high theft items are, but that's to be expected with the location. The sales they have on items makes it worth the trip to come here”

“The cashier Jeep/Jeet is very friendly and helpful. He found my lost phone and kept it safe and sound. Returned to me on my way back to LA. The restroom is clean. Aisles are well organized and fully stocked. We filled the gas, bought my favorite ice cream, swiped off the bugs off my windshield, found my lost phone, used the restroom, and happily resumed our way back to LA. Wonderful fishing trip.”

“This review is just for the drive-thru pharmacy covid testing. I made an appointment online. The drive-thru window is at the back of the store. No one was waiting when I arrived. I pressed the call button and not long after someone came to the window. I gave her my confirmation code and showed her my driver's license. She confirmed the appointment and told me that the pharmacist would help me shortly. I did end up waiting about five minutes (with the person who checked me in returning to let me know that the pharmacist was doing a consult and would be with me soon) In the meantime one other vehicle pulled in behind me. The pharmacist appeared, put the wrapped swab and a sealed tube with a liquid in it on a glass tray and pushed it through the slot. I grabbed the whole thing and was told to leave the glass tray in the slot. She guided me through administering the test myself, letting me know when to switch nostrils (15 seconds in each) and told me to open the tube, put the swab in, and break off the extra portion of the stick so the tube could be sealed. I had trouble breaking the swab at the score mark but eventually it came off and I could seal the tube. Back in the drawer it went and I was on my way. I received my results in under 23 hours (processed by Quest Diagnostics, not RiteAid) Simple, convenient and now i am less nervous about getting the test done before a trip abroad and receiving results within the requirements.”

She was great and helped him and he needed her one more time and she didn't hesitate to come back out again and helped. She was very helpful and kept the incident very light, which I appreciated. A few people were very rude about the wait, and he handled all of them with professionalism and courtesy, and even with it being busy made sure to check in and let me know they were working on my stuff. Big thumbs up from me!”

“I was at the seven main Street CVS the other day and I was treated so well by a young lady named Akeicia as a 70 year old senior citizen sometimes it's hard for me to see what I need to see and with such a variety out there to be able to show what is the best and given a good price for a senior citizen with a Medicare discount. Thank you young lady, we need more like you. That's why I'm on it I like to give a shout out to the pharmacist Jeffrey Jeff is a really nice guy he helped me when I was having problems with one of their assistants. That wanted me to take my problem to the manufacturer I didn't buy it directly from the manufacturer. And the manufacturer didn't create the problem. The problem was the wrong product was pulled off the shelf. I've heard this young man's speak to other people in this manner sometimes acting like you know it all makes you look foolish.”
