I wasn't even in line, I was waiting for my girlfriend to be done with her business, so I was waiting on a chair. I was approached and asked if I needed anything! Very polite!

Chase Bank is garbage. Don't cash your check from here if u don't have a account with them. 10$ fee to cash a check from their bank. Don't this bank have billions upon billions of dollars and they want to charge 10$ fee to cash their bank checks! Id rather pay a small check cashing place then Chase Bank. Pathetic

ATM EATS MONEY. Drive-thru atm doesn't accept cash deposits again. I use the atm inside and as soon as it takes my money, it conveniently decides to restart and have a software update. No receipt was printed out and my money wasn't returned. The number the staff gave me for customer support gives a ton of options except for talking with an operator so I have to go back inside so they can give me additional information. A few minute process is now almost half an hour of my time as I'm still waiting to speak to customer service on the phone to make a claim. All I got from staff was a number to fix an issue within the bank that apparently "happens all the time." A software update shouldn't happen during a transaction or anytime while the machine is being used for this very reason. Shouldn't a bank have the technology where this situation doesn't happen? Perhaps they should be manually updated, or perhaps it's time I switch banks.

worst bank ever to deal with, my daughter opened a student account, she got scholar monies from different well known organization, she deposited the checks, got her account frozen and closed, although chase verified the checks issuers and sent her 2 checks, as a refund, didn't care that she is in a school in different state and have a need for her monies at hand very bad

As a small business in woodland, this location is totally pointless. Every time I need something, I have to drive across town to be told that they don't have a banker on site and that I'll have to go to Davis. Isn't the point of a bank to offer the service of a banker? It would be great if I could call ahead of time but even the local number goes to the main hub and can't get anyone on the phone. More wasted time and gas.

Cristina moncado is the best chase professional I’ve ever come across. Thank you chase bank for having her as an employee.

Same experience as the other review below..these employees can't be bothered...went out if my way to schedule a notary that didn't exist, then found a third party notary and still when I returned it was a nightmare to finish a simple 5min task. Not everything needs a separate day appt.

I went to the branch for a notary yesterday. The lady said that she had only 15min before her next appointment and asked me to make an appointment tomorrow. I asked her how long it will take, she said maybe about 0.5 hours. I said there is only one page document and need only one signature, it should take less than 5min. But she insisted me to make an appointment. So I did. Today, I went there on time and got it done. How long it took? 5min!!!. Wow!!! Her name is Kelly ( I think)

I like how Chase have it set up where even it's close and to use the atm after hours you need a Chase card to open the doors

They told us they had no ink to print checks. We had an appointment to cash out and were forced to physically carry thousands of dollars with us because of this banks unprofessionalism and unpreparedness. Tellers were unsympathetic and just generally a terrible experience. Why go to a bank that can't handle money? Isn't that the point of banks?

They didn't have any ink to print checks and forced us to walk out of the bank with thousands in cash. What is the purpose of banking if they can't manage money properly? Tellers were unsympathetic and rude

Everyone is great this branch except for one person. This review reflects her terrible customer service/experience. I called into the branch to have Marci call me back. As she wasn't available. Kaley answered the phone. She took my name and number. Then, she proceeded to drill me about the nature of the call. I would not have had a problem answering her questions but I was uncomfortable with her tone and attitude when she was asking the questions. She ended up hanging up on me cause I didn't answer her questions to her satisfaction. All I wanted was a call back from Marci. I complained to Marci and another teller who said they would let Andrew the manager know. This was about 3 weeks or so ago. As of today, no apology from Kaley or manager. Very unprofessional and I won't be going into this branch anymore because of how I was treated by this young woman.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DON’T WANT YOUR ACCOUNT HACKED INTO!!!Chase has racked up more than $560 from me in the span of 8 months. This bank is easy to hack into. If you care about your assets, please do not bank with chase. They WILL overcharge you. $5 a day to maintain an account. Don’t do it. You are better off elsewhere. I have called corporate multiple times about this issue and have even filed two police reports. She’s finally called me back after six months and when I told customer claims the problem, they simply hung up on me.
