The guy we set up with a nice guy,but after only one month I have found that they set the primary phone to my underage sons phone. We lost service as I can not get into account due to this. And on top of all that and paying 900$ I was told that I can not unlock my phone to change it to another company till "the discounted price of phones is made up with the monthly payments being approx 2 years. So if you are thinking of changing to Boost DO NOT they jew you like everyone else TMobile all over again

The sales rep Aman was by far the coolest sales man I ever met and held off the phones bout our passion for drones I been flying now 3 yrs nurmous drones both cheap and expensive and shared information that he wasn't aware of and vise versa and internet crashed and he had to reboot computer then darn. Thing had to update right then. Well after we what felt like hours we were all done but he made my time feel nothing at all. Odd to run into someone on same hobby and share stories and do and don't. I'm a returning boost mobile customer. Whom just got new service after two yrs no phone. Wifi text only if worked. But glad he made my day much brighter. Thanks again drone guy

f€ck this location and company. ads you watch for .2 cents each are bullcrap, it used to be .4 each. they say a 7 day streak of watching them gets you .75 cents credit. lost count of how many times my 4 day streak shot down to zero for no reason. fast forward and my phone got stolen the very next day of the bill getting paid... I went to this location for help to cancel and get my money back. phone call with customer service helped me but now it's been 7-10 days of no return of said money. I return to this location again and the note on the door said "back at 12:50" she didn't get back till 1pm but being hasty I was already on the phone with customer service by then. they tell me they don't see the request for a refund!!!!! you guys suck. watch my $60.55 not come back to me. end of my service with you for life lol. charge just the same if not MORE than other places smh. scammers.

What a lovely experience to go into a Boost store in Woodland and get the help I need. Luciana B. was such a kind soul. She helped me with my billing info, and I was able to pick out some cool accessories for my iPhone. 10/10 recommend!

I'm a boost mobile customer in woodland California, everytime I go into the store on California street it's very cold . Please fix the heating in your store other than that the service is great and all my cellular needs are met on time . Thank you.
