“When I walked in to the branch, the Branch Manager was assisting a customer but still took the time to acknowledge and welcome in the customers walking in. I went to a teller to ask for assistance and she was extremely helpful and courteous. She referred me to a banker for further assistance. After waiting for about 5 minutes, Mr. Calderon, the branch manager, let me know that the teller had briefed him on my questions and he would be able to help me. Mr. Calderon answered all my questions, provided the services that I needed, and asked that I contact him if I needed further assistance. I was very impressed with this branch's attentiveness, professionalism, and courtesy.”

But, to my pleasant surprise, the atmosphere at this branch was lively and welcoming - almost like a party!Despite a line of 15 to 20 people, everyone seemed happy and at ease, thanks to the fantastic branch manager, Joshelyn Anaya. She made sure to acknowledge every single person as soon as they walked through the door, creating an upbeat and cheerful environment. I've been a member for years and am very pleased with the relationship banking and quality of service with this bank. The wait is never more than 10 minutes, even with a long line inside. “I had to stop at the bank to cash a check. I was greeted by a security guard when I walked in. Social distancing and mask are still required. There were only a few people in line and the all tellers were busy. When it was my turn I had a couple of items and the teller was very helpful and took care of my items and also told me about the new way to do some banking using my phone instead of my debit card. Good information. Everything was taken car of quickly. In and out in about 5 minutes.”

“Umpqua is great. All the tellers are friendly and speedy with transactions, no hidden fees on accounts, and the lines aren't long at this branch. I've had my debit card numbers stolen twice and their fraud department notified me within an hour of unusual activity both times. I haven't had any bad experience with this bank in 15+ years.”
