after waiting 1 hour to see a customer rep. i noticed the tellers were empty, no customer waiting online, I went and ask this lady*anabel Davis for a manager on site, she said she is the assistant manager, I ask her if she can help with the customer service line wich at this point was 5 people waiting, she said to me that if I wanted to be attended first to make an appointment, I never said I wanted to go first, all I asked was for help with the customer help line wich at this point was getting long and the wait for everybody was about 45 minutes.Anabel Davis has a little attitude problem and should not talk to customers like she is doing us a favor by being there. if she doesn't want to get up and help out she should find better excuses and not blame the customers that keep this place in business.i have video of my experience but I don't know how to upload it.

This is a great bank. I started a small business 3 years ago and they have been super helpful. They are very friendly and caring and know me by name. Whenever there is a problem they work diligently to correct it. I highly recommend banking here.

Terrible experience here. I highly recommend banking anywhere else. This bank cannot add, read, count, or cash checks. Even the manager, Daniel Calderon, was not able to help us. We have had four issues with this bank in the only two times we have been there: - The bank teller thought the check was made out to a different person because she could not read. She insisted that it was a "C" and not an "O." Talk about atrocious. I can only assume that this bank employs tellers who have not graduated from Kindergarten and should ask for Kindergarten diplomas when applying to be a teller. - The bank teller refused to count the withdrawal by hand. We had to count the money in front of her and do her job for her. This is unacceptable. We expect tellers to do their jobs. If you cannot read or count, you should not be a bank teller. - The bank refused to cash a check. We even went to the manager but he said that it was "their policy." A bank should cash a check. It is unacceptable. - When I went last year, they added two checks incorrectly. Again, it is common elementary school curriculum to learn basic adding. There is no doubt in my mind now as to why Bank of America is consistently ranked as one of the worst companies of all-time. When you cannot even add, count, or cash, you are better getting out of the banking business. I have serious concerns about the future of Bank of America if they insist on employing such illiterate people.

I was there few days ago I had some problems with my account kathie Mendez who help me she is very awesome and helpful lady and she is very understanding and sweet lady I had very good experience with her she is the best

Don't have Bank of America personally but my Mother who recently passed did. They have been extremely helpful with all my questions and concerns. Going above and beyond to help assist in any way.

Worst customer service ever! Opened two new accounts online. Received the cards. Told me to drop in bank to make deposits etc etc... I stopped in. Waited 15 min in line only to be told through bullet proof glass that she couldn't help me with changing PIN numbers and making deposits. Told me fill out forms and wait in broken English! Was unable to deposit the money into accounts. Will close both accounts.

Worst experience I have ever had with a bank. I arrived at 857 and the doors were open so I entered. One of the bankers screamed at me and told me to leave because they were not open. After the bank had opened the lady helped me with my transaction and was polite. However due to forgetting my bank card if had to write my SSN on a piece of paper for her. She wrote my account number on the paper as well. At the end of the transaction is watched her toss it in the recycling bin. I asked her for the paper because my personal information was on it. She told me it was ok because it was in the recycling, she eventually pulled it out and gave it to me. So not only are the banks apparently unsecured but your information in unsecure as well. I would honestly give zero stars if I could.

Horrible! First the line was out the door after that the lady drilled me on why I wasn't cashing a check from bofa at my bank which is none of her business but she was relentless and also always charge a fee!! What a joke! This bank sucks!

I haven't had a bad experience yet at this location or with this company! The staff, both bankers and tellers, are usually very professional, helpful and friendly.
