“Very happy I finally came in here to get some kosher meat and some frozen chicken nuggets that are kosher for my kids. Very clean, doesn't have that stinky smell that butcher shops usually have. Very friendly staff and organized. I was very happy with the generous amount of chicken they give for their schnitzel. I saw the meat was also fresh! I will try their other meat next time I go in. Will definitely be back and recommend to other friends! They also let me know they have Shabbat dinners prepared for friday evening which I loved. I also love how they have a whole oven roasted chicken to take home that's kosher. Love this little gem that's close to my home!”

“What I like about Fields is that it is never crowded. You might find 2-3 people in any one aisle if you're lucky. They carry all the major brands, have a meat section that is priced very nicely, and a bakery. I'm not exactly how they stay in business, but they do.Decent selection of fresh produce but their ice cream selection and variety is really poor. They also carry some kosher products and fresh meat although that's not my thing. Plenty of parking at all times. My only complaints are that there is usually only ONE checker so the line is quite long at times. Sometimes it takes longer to get through the checkout line than it did to shop for a couple of items! You can't swipe your own credit card and there's no bagger either, so it takes a bit longer to get through the entire checkout process.”

“This review is for Valley Marketplace, located at 18345 Vanowen Street, Reseda, CA, 91335. There seems to be more than one Yelp page for this store, so I wanted to be specific. This is a large grocery store with a lot of foreign items. I come here occasionally when I'm in the area to buy my favorite Babaganosh. There are many options for produce, ethnic foods, fish, meat, snacks, frozen foods, cleaning supplies, alcohol, condiments, and more. The store shares a location with other stores such as kosher meat stores, eyebrow threading, each repair business, and more. Please check the expiration date of each product you buy here. They have such a large selection of foods from different countries that makes it easy for them to forget to take expired food off the shelf. No self-checkout but the staff who works the cashiers are pretty fast. Free Parking in the front of the back.”

“Overall decent selection of Aldi-branded items at this location. The meat and bread aisles were depleted and in serious need of restocking.Amused to note Aldi, a German company, is fully on-board with U.S. shopper's autumn pumpkin spice passion.”

“I’ve been a customer for now almost over two years. Never felt bad about the meat products. The owner Kamal is very patient and help full getting the meat you want. I normally get the mutton. It’s clean and fresh. The lamb chop is fantastic. Also the fresh veal, this is a great place to get all halal meat products without disappointment in price and taste. I recently bought chicken leg and thighs the taste of it is great because it’s fresh hand slaughter. All the product are Zabihah Halal. He serves honestly to the community with lots of respect and love. I truly believe this place is safe to shop.”

“I have been here a few times over the years. It's very spacious, organized and well stocked. It's an international specialty store where they carry variety of imported products from Armenia, Russia, Persia, Mexico and more. You will find many unique items here such as imported cheese, jams, cookies, dips etc... they have a food court as well that sells kebabs, pilaf, salad and variety of hot and cold foods. They is also Sasoun bakery inside this store that sells freshly baked lahmajun and byoreks. Right next to it there is Lilits bakery that sells cakes, pastries and cookies. A lot to choose from. This supermarket can literally be a one stop shop, from freshly baked bread to the freshet produce and mead. They have it all. Prices are ok on most things but some things are very overpriced Customer service needs improvement even after many years of coming here it's still the same.”

“Wide selection of live seafood! Fabulous Bakery and Deli. Fresh produce galore and a lot of different produce that most other markets don't carry. All that being said, this store is super expensive. In this day and age, its all about savings. I was here to purchase crabs which just so happens to be in season and I paid $15.99lb. Three whole crabs to the tune of $110.00.”

“This new Island Pacific in Granada Hills has definitely garnered a lot of attention in the neighborhood. Other than it being new, there's better food options and food stalls compared to the island pacific on De Soto and Roscoe. We got really good deals here for their meats and seafood. The bakery inside is also my fave spot to get pan de sal and Buko pie! The parking can get crowded but there are plenty of spots. It's shared among other businesses like Trader Joe's.”

“Nice to shop there, except they're out of the specials the first day!Rain checks should be given out for the wasted trip.We live in the area but don't receive the flyers weekly at all.”

“This is a grocery store. It is not a museum, it's not a MAC Pop-up store, you're not gonna be treated like a princess. You come to get your groceries at amazing prices, and you go. Everything else in-between is convenience and unnecessary. Seriously, if you believe that a fake smile or a pretty store is 20% worth more of your money then go shop at Wholefoods or Erewhon. I'm sure they would LOVE to give you a fake smile if it means you pay 20% more into their pocket.”

“Vallarta Supermarkets we go on Roscoe Street. And the staff are very polite. Today I went there, to Find 'Garlic Bread. And I found Garlic Bread in Vallarta Supermarkets and before Food for Less. I found that 1 week ago on the Foil paper and in the Vallarta Supermarkets I found in a transparent packet and the bakery is so wonderful in both the Supermarkets. I like Both Supermarkets. I'll give 4.9 stars. Because I was finding today Madeline French cake. And I can't find there. Does anyone know where I find Madeleine Cake?”

“OMG! If you haven't been here before then you really need to go. There's a lady that make the very best Guacamole ever right when you walk in the door. She makes it fresh right in front of you! WOW! You have to try their Shrimp Cocktails. They are the best and at a really good price. Then there's the food menu where you can dine in or take out. The market has everything you need and more. Did I mention a fresh bakery? OH YEAH! You have to treat yourself to some amazing pies, cakes and other goodies. We take home the Corn Bread, spread some butter on the top and microwave for 30 seconds and OMG is it good. Do yourselves a favor and go there now1”

“I would never post a review on a grocery store market page but I was shocked today by the cashmere. She greeted me with so much love! She was far away at the register and I just entered the store. She yelled "welcome to the store, how are you?" With a HUGE smile on her face. Then we had a sweet talk was I was checking out. I was never ever impressed by any employee at any other business like I was today! I will come to your store just to see her because she me my evening Great store, no idea why there are some bad reviews. Haters”

“I called the Whole Foods location and spoke with Adrian from the seafood section. I want to express my gratitude for his exceptional assistance with my order with the Oysters. He had it prepared ahead of time, and it's evident that he went above and beyond to help me. I truly appreciate his dedicated and cheerful support. Adrian's exceptional assistance not only surprised me but also impressed me. His proactive approach extended to effectively communicating the message to his team members, demonstrating a high level of coordination. I definitely also appreciated his Team members as well for being helpful when I walked straight to the meat department they knew right away what my order was. I appreciate the outstanding efforts for you all Thank you so much.”
