To the manager of this store, please learn what an electronic customs invoice is, your customers should not have to educate you. And please stop expecting your customers to wait for you to finish your smoke break before serving them. This is the rudest, most unhelpful guy I have ever met!

I wosh i could give him less than a star the guy name justin ,he is so rude ,do not go there for notary ,go to somewhere ,who know what is doing ,he does not know the simple things about notary

Dont do business with this man. He is so rude. I got yelled at for not knowing packing rules for an item. Never again.

Incredibly rude owner and terrible customer service. I’ve gone to this place several times and even when you buy something, he throws the receipt at you. I’ve had a conversation with him about it and it does not seem that he cares at all. Would not recommend this store to anyone.

The owner doesn’t know anything about shipment ! He was not helpful and doesn’t understand and speak English well ! Wants to charge all the customers for a small piece of tape ! Know nothing about the paper works of a shipment ! No employee to speed up his business to help people waiting for a long time . I was so stressed out till my package arrived at the destination. Will never go back there again ! The previous owner was a very nice guy and they have been helpful

Just called to get information on how much a box is, as it isn't specified on the site. Called saying "Hi, I have a few questions-" only to immediately get cut off and yelled at on how only customers could call the number, which I received from the site...

Horrible customer service. There's an older Asian man that's so rude. Doesn't greet you. Just points you to a direction, no customer service skills whatsoever. I ONLY come here because it's so close. Our company brings them so many packages and gives them good business. This needs to change. I'd rather drive to Usps, FedEx or UPS myself.

I could not safe enough good things about this place. Amy is phenomenal and greeted everyone who walked in by name and helped out with everything I needed. Her patience and knowledge of her work should be applauded! The location is clean, nicely laid out and covers all bases of shipping. Definitely my new go to shipping spot.

Probably a miscommunication due to English not being his first language, and it important to me to understand what he was saying about my legal document notarization, but the gentleman got quite rude when I asked him to repeat. And it turned out he hadn’t understood what I was looking for anyhow so I wasted the trip. I’m sure he’s usually a nice man, just didn’t work out for me.
