What a lovely spot. Visiting LA from Salt Lake City and decided to visit this shop to see if they had any cigars that I don’t have access to in SLC. Shocker, they did. Great selection of cigars, clean indoor and outdoor lounge, and prices that are SO DAMN GOOD.
Awesome spot, I’ll be back next I’m in Los Angeles.

I show up at 8:00 p.m. buy my nice cigar which is clearly at least a 1 hour smoke. At 9:00 p.m. the kid comes over to tell me the place is closing for the night. I notice others are still lingering about and the kid tells me that they have paid for "after hours" access. They could have told me when I bought the cigar that they were closing at 9:00 but they didn't. Instead he pointed to a small sign on the door that was buried with about eight other signs that said they were closing at 9:00 p.m. I offered to pay for the late access but I was told I couldn't. It was almost like there was something nefarious going on there. I've been a regular customer at this place for years but I will never go back. There are simply too many other good choices with better price cigars and friendlier service.

Found Bad Ash Cigar on Ventura Blvd in Woodland Hills by chance as I sat across the street eating Mexican lunch. The lounge, indoor and outside patio, is awesome, clean, well ventilated. The cigar selection is good and be sure to ask why the house unlabeled sticks are higher priced than some of the branded ones. There's a great reason and answer, and I bought a few! The guys are very knowledgeable and helpful without tailing you everywhere, and I've bought a lot of their 'Bad Ash' branded merchandise, as I think it's one of the best names!

I'm a frequent visitor to LA from Indianapolis to see family, and particularly my new granddaughter. Have been a loyal customer for over two years. Every visit there have been improvements both inside and in the fabulous patio area (which is complete with a late model grill and HD outdoor TV.) They are very open to new clientele and the regular customers (and management) are welcoming and open to all perspective. Can't recommend it enough. Pete

I visited a few cigar lounges and this one treated me very well.The owner was nice and he introduced himself by first name and the professionalism was very good.
