This place has been a huge part of my SFV experience. It's not a bargain store, it's a gourmet store with prices cut 60% over what you'll pay at Pavillions or Gelsons. I'm so happy to have a great store like this 1/4 mile.away from home. Great employees too, and the place is always clean and well corganized, bravo!

This is my favorite discount supermarket.The staff is courteous and diligent. Ms.Yesenia Moreno is a very efficient manager, capable to supervise the supermarket with excellence, and she is available to answer the customers’ questions at all times.I think this is the best Grocery Outlet store among others in California.I highly recommend this store.

Nearly expired products, fruit is spoiled. Probably throw it all out at the end of the day. Don’t recommend this place, go to Trader Joe’s, better prices, not expired.

Some items are always available and some items are temporarily available, lately I entered the store and didn't buy anything because everything on my list was not available. I just stopped going there.

Frequently charged higher prices for items marked lower on shelves. Return is lengthy process, today woman literally tried to accuse me of trying to get item cheaper because I had not compared the tiny stocking numbers on the shelf price sticker with that on the package. Item was at the location alone, no open space tightly stocked, under the correct brand label. I paid $2.49 for two, that were clearly labelled $1.99. She then said she was doing me a favor, giving me the shelf price. Very nasty. I have purchased these same items before, and wonder if I was overcharged then as well.
A previous experience, I was charged $6.99 each for two packages of paper plates marked $1.99, lengthy process, but that gentleman was very polite, and
apologized.
I have literally just let these errors slide on numerous occasions, but no more.

First time here, familiarizing. Know your prices. They offer alternatives. Meat prices are good and quality. Many veggies are packaged. Did not carry whole cream except tiny container. I will try it another time. Got some vegetables plants that are doing well transplanted a week later.
