Stephen the rep in the store today was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us with a new phone. Showed us all the ones that could be upgraded on the current plan. Very nice and will return to this location.

Oh my goodness, John at this location saved me. Cricket was being COMPLETELY unhelpful online and via the phone, so I went into a store as a last ditch effort, and John helped me so quickly and kindly I almost cried. I offered to buy him a candy bar as a thank you but he politely declined. He deserves all the candy! Thank you thank you.

I came into the store this morning February 22nd at 10 am and the representative for this store (didn't get name, no badge) was incredibly rude to me after I explained my situation of not able to make a call. This rep did not inform me about a power outage.I went to a different location (Sherman Way/ DeSoto cricket) where the rep was very informative and patient.

Great store, friendly staff. Steven was great help getting my family set. Fully knowledgeable and explains the plans thoroughly understanding what’s best suits their needs. Would highly recommend if looking for a new provider.

Kathy is knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and courteous.In other stores I've had to wait awhile, but yesterday we walked right in and out in decent time.Very satisfied with the service given.Will definitely be back to this location when needed.

Alejandra has the most amazing Customer Service i have ever had she is so sweet and so helpful when i walked in to the store and bought my new phone she had very excellent service she gave me a great deal on my phone and she was very understanding of what i wanted i can't explain how excellent the service she gave was.
