“Best customer service ever! The guy was already closing the store when I ran up with my multiple Amazon returns, but he let me in and graciously took care of me. He told me he was supposed to be somewhere in 15 minutes, but he still handled my returns with patience and good cheer. And this was not my first experience of above-and-beyond customer service at this store - the best! I'd give 100 stars if I could!”

“This review is for Analeah. I personally do not come to this location due to parking. However, I’ve been extremely inconvenienced at the Calvine location so I decided to go here. I called prior to arriving to ensure I can complete a specific transaction that Calvine supposedly could not do. Analeah was very kind. Her tone was great, excellent customer service and she answered my questions over the phone after allowing me to explain everything so fast. I arrived minutes later and Analeah processed my transaction within 1 minute and apologized for the experience I had at the other store. Excellent customer experience today. Give her kudos! I hope to see her the next time I need to visit UPS. Thank you.”
