horrible costumer service lady thats pregnant i could read her lips talking to another teller gossiping of us ppl waiting in line instead of paying attention to her costumer infront of her.

My review is not about the bank as a whole. I had to assert myself because of a miscommunication between their phone agents and bank employees regarding an appointment to open an account. They first said we would reschedule but I refused. The person who told me that was just relaying a message but still... Sergio Aguirre made it work and attended my spouse and I. I asked him to please speak in Spanish but that I would speak English since I struggle with it. He handled it perfectly, offered insights and explained everything thoroughly. I recommend Sergio Aguirre for those who use or are planning on going to this bank. 5 stars to you Sergio ! It was the banks mistake and you corrected it .

I think the last time I was in this bank was about 2 years ago . Still nothing changed 10 windows only 2 open . What is it ? Maybe this branch needs to hire more employees. Parking lot is awful. My suggestion is find another Wells Fargo , this one needs new MANAGEMENT

The security has absolutely no communication skills. While standing in line outside, people walked in and out. Which I had no clue why some people just walk in and others were are told to wait outside. She needs to learn communication skills.

I give it 0 stars if it was possible. I swear this bank is the worstttttt. Always long wait times and slow moving lines. there could be 2 people in line and I'm still waiting 20+ minutes for my turn. Bankers are having whole conversations with customers, being friendly is one thing, keeping a whole conversation going is totally another. I know because yes I am totally listening because this happens all the time. They never have enough bankers ! Managers should be able to step in and open a window to help relieve the long lines but they just stand and stare. I live 5 minutes away, that's why I go here. But I started driving to the one in Torrance . That one is worth the drive, I recommend the Torrance branch. Go there, you'll be pleased.To the owner, don't bother replying to me or anyone else. Youuuuu should rather spend your time fixing things at the bank. Rather then reading and replying to reviews and not fixing anything.

I've gone so many times to pull out money from inside the banks ATM for both my father and husband. I am not on the account but 8 have always been able to.but today I had a question and spoke to teller Nancy she was rude and didn't even have a mask on and advised me not to pull out money because there's cameras. If I was able to put zero stars I would. Ever going in that bank again.
