Responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly! My company had a very large order through Tim and Sandy, and they've been very transparent throughout the process with shipping/lead time/other expectations. Tim helped us decide on relevant equipment once we had the needs lined out and Sandy was always available for coordinating order details. I have worked with Sepor for more than 20 years. Their equipment has high reliability, but the most important thing I found working with Sepor is the customer service is top notch. If there was ever a problem with equipment or shipping delays, the problem was always taken care of immediately and satisfactorily. Sepor always seems to have customer interests in mind. When you call them, during business hours, you will talk to a real person who can assist you. You will be glad you chose Sepor, Inc to work with.

I am a customer for engineering and lab equipment. Recently we wanted to buy specific products and we looked online at this company: www.sepor.com for a company called Sepor in Wilmington, California. We contacted their head a guy called Charles Kubach. They sent us their catalog and we chose the items we liked. because these items require "manufacturing" we paid them a deposit in advance. 1.5 months later they contact us saying items are ready and we should pay the rest. We pay the rest and get the shipment only to find out after we received it that only one machine was made by them. The rest were generic machines made by other companies that they falsly advertise on their own and they sell them for double the price. We contacted them saying that this is false advertising (they advertised them as their own) and also the items received were not fully functional. Charles was extremely rude on the phone saying they were under no obligation to tell us the origin of the machine they send us (I buy an apple computer then realize later it is a chinese cheap fake), and also he said for the machines to work we need to pay one of his enginers to come fix them. If you are buying machine and engineering equipment stay away from this company. We are preparing a lawsuit now for the amount we paid + shipping both ways+ all fees associated and all damages. Most likely they will not last for long. So please buy from other companies and stay away from these people. What is even more troubling is that Charles Kubach (Manager) was insulting us over the phone and told us this is the way he does business and there is nothing else we can do. This company lives by scamming resellers and consumers mostly in other countries. here is what we bought: Catalog No: 010E-026 (F.C bond lab ball mill), we received a different model not like the one in the catalog and it was from BICO's company ( Different technical data). Catalog No: 0160A-001 (Standard Duty Magnetic Davis Tube Tester) came from Eriez Mfg company and it does nt function as described. Catalog No:050C-044 (Lab Concentrating Table) , we received the item but from Wilfley's Company and it does not work. Catalog No:050G-017 9''16" (Selective Mineral Jig) This one was fine and it was the only machine manufactured by them.
