Had an appointment with them on 04/08/2023 at 10am and waited 30-40 minutes and the office was still closed which forced me to find another library tax and take up more of my time that I don’t have which made my day very stressful on top of other things

I did my taxes .I got a text my check is ready and I called all of them liberty taxes offices and no one answered wth is going on in at there office now and its says there open but none of them are ..its says open even the sign waver guy is here to start working for them but there not here wth is up with my check

Basically I referred friends here and didn’t get my $50 refer a friend the manger started quoting its franchised well I’ve managed plenary of businesses and franchise as well if you quote a promotion you are entitled to live up to that quote. I filled out my taxes since 1/16/2020 and my friend got their taxes and spent it and I still haven’t got my refer a friend I wouldn’t recommend this business even being franchised to them if they can’t run the business properly I’m entirely upset ? having faith in this refer a friend program I will not come here to this location again poor customer service poor business poor everything too much discrimination on things in my view it’s unfair how I was skipped over like this . Also they charge too much money for preparation of taxes look into this I had a $5500 return and it’s says I’m getting $4949 back how is this even possible it’s suppose to be $179 to prepare taxes

It was the third time we came to Liberty Tax Service. The line in the office was long, and only two specialists were working. The qualification of the specialist was very questionable. She told us that our son can't be added as a dependent (even though we had no problems before, and they have all our info in their system). After an hour of trying, we left. The same evening my husband filed our taxes himself without incident.
