Got here at 7:15pm and they stopped giving out free slurpees (for 7-11 Day). I worked all day, looked forward to my free slurpee all day and they said they couldn't accommodate... even tho it was still 711 Day! So disappointed and confused!

Horrible customer service. Asked if icee machine was working and was told "No free slurpees at all today!" and said the machine was broken, just for today which happened to be on 7/11/24.
I didn't ask or expect any free slurpees, the man said, "I don't want to give out free slurpees today and I don't need your business." I was taken back, wow did he just say that to a customer? Yes he did, row rude and obnoxious.
We were going to by snacks and icees and I was intending to pay, so instead decided to go get ice cream instead. What a shame. This guy is so arrogant and unprofessional. He doesn't care about his customers.

Staff isn't very friendly during the day on most weekdays and they're not very eager to fulfill pickup or delivery orders. I've shopped in-store and have placed orders. My orders get canceled quite often, unfortunately. The staff at AM/PM is a lot more pleasant. Just drive across the street and go there.

Manager of that place is the rudest lady ever. Don't want to go back all beof her. Just the rudest person I have dealt with in a long time. Such a power trip. Horrible

I gave up two stars Only because I love the night staff here at this establishment, however, I was just greeted by a woman who rudely approached my car as I pulled up and told me... I couldn't be there when I was trying To teach my Uncle the app and get gas. I was excited to shpw him hpw to use the pointa etc.. I can't believe how I was treated infront of others.I had to tell her "I have money". I'm just like caught off guard completely. I will never come back to this place. I am going to reach out further to upper management. Because that type of humiliation shouldn't happen to customers.

I very much enjoy visiting this location. They all are nice and friendly people. Almost everything was good but the pumpkin spice coffee was warm not hot. But still very tasteful.

7-ELEVEN24116 Clinton Keith Rd, Wildomar, CA 92595Walked in to cash scratchers and buy cigarettes. New girl was confused, she went in the back to ask her manager. The female manager, looks Hispanic came out like a storm with the worse attitude towards me.. I got confused why she's attacking me? I'm so upset, this is not the first time the staff are rude, as well as the owners are rude.

Awesome customer service! i live across the street so i come in here all the time, 2 of the guys are really cool, and actually thoughtful! Nice change from all the rudeness in the world these days.

Girl working yesterday at 4:15pm 02/11/2022 was rude and unhelpful. Learn better customer service and the price of your gas since you work there you should know these things - instead of helping she shrugged her shoulders and said “I don’t pay attention to that”
