If you want to invest your money with confidence this isn't the bank for you. I'm not sure how usbank is thriving with the incompetence the tellers at this bank repeatedly show me.

If you are not on "Food Stamps", stay away from US Bank like the plague. The Whittier facility is pleasant, & the personnel are polite & professional. However, if your financial activity involves more than $1,000, this is not your bank. We needed to transfer $475,000, but were restricted to only $1,000/day. I started to deposit our funds by check, but then realized, that if it is this hard to get $$$ in the bank, it may be equally difficult to get $$$ out. Sure enough, their website indicates we can remove only $1,000/day. If I were to put $475,000 in the bank, it would take me 475 days to get my $$$ out of the bank. Capital One & Ally Bank are a joy to work with if you have more than $1,000. Good Luck if you ignore my warning.

I love this US BANK... they're so helpful here. David Dianne Jennifer everyone ... they're so awesome. I always get greeted with kind professional service. Place is always welcoming to every client that walks in. I've never ever had a bad experience. My go to guy is David because he's so brilliant and personable. Always greets me always asks how I'm doing the family work life you name it. He is the 1st person I would recommend to all seeking a new account, business advice or anything else banking. Not only is banking with US Bank so easy but their merchant services and business offerings are fabulous and very competitive.Sure we can go to another bank...but why work with corporate when you can have ease with comfort.

Why ask me to call Mike and us a refferance number .I talked to 2reps. and thay cancelled my card for calling them theives for charging 150.00 on a zero balance crooks

I have been banking with us bank for 11 years. And the one on Whittier Blvd. Well there would be three tellers, and only one works. And the others seems like they are staring into space. I Usually go to the one on telegraph but it was just out of the way.

Like all the other reviews, horrible customer service. They were misleading and completely wasted a month of my time. Before applying for a HELOC loan, I told them I am a small business and to get approved for loans before, I have had to provide bank statements and so forth. They assured me they work with many businesses and the review process is very thorough, and I should have no issue with approval. I never was asked to provide addition documentation to support my income. They denied my application. Now the rates are way higher than when I started the application so it is not even worth going elsewhere. Every branch and the company as a whole is incompetent. Do not waste your time. Find a better banking institution.

During this PLANNEDEMIC I have not wore a mask due to a expemtion ,never wore my mask at this branch the whole year ,about two weeks ago all of a sudden threatened me to close my account she will no longer let me bank without a mask ,it wasnt a problem before ,why now??cause you all been brainwashed by the narrative and the communist agenda and fear that's why ,well I'm no longer with you and ,the complaint has been submitted ,it's sure is great banking in a independent bank not having to wear a diaper .

Please update your online hours. Even though it says you close at 6, your "updated hours" ONLY duct taped to your door states that "because of covid" you close at 5:00 p.m...

Very, very dissatisfied. When my 88 yr. old father, wanted to take out his money out to put into another bank, because his money market acct. wasn't making enough interest. However, when he wanted to pull it out his money he was told it was too early to pull out and he'd have to wait 2 weeks. So he waited the next month again to pull it out he was told he was a day late. Ridiculous because they were closed on a Friday which was a holiday.

I just opened an account for my son because he was moving to another state and US Bank is the only nation wide bank close to the area he was moving to. I was told to have free checking for him I would have to open a credit card as well. I was told that they would call me in 2 days to give me the rate and terms of the card. It has now been a week and still haven't heard anything and you can't get anyone on the phone. I have tried to call repeatedly and no one ever answers. How difficult is it to have enough staff on hand to at least provide adequate customer service? Apparently expecting excellent customer service would be asking way too much.
