Clean store and very nice staff. They recommended good products for me and my family. T-Mobile internet is fantastic, and portable. I didn't even know about it without them telling me. They haven't ever tried to sell me something I didn't need, and they've even helped me with my bill.Definitely will only go here for my phone needs in future.

Do yourself a favor and order online. I got 2 new phones and was told they were switched. Also got a bundled Internet Gateway. Got home and there was no signal on the phones. I had to call tech support which took almost 2 hours for one phone to work. We found out that the number on the other phone was wrong. They said it will take 24 hrs to set that. But my wife made a follow up call which took until 2 a.m. until it finally worked. After testing the Internet Gateway, I found out it was slow (with too much lag like going back to the early '90s) so I went back to the store to return it. They won't take it back! They said I had to call to cancel and return it via UPS myself. I went home, called to cancel and customer support said I could have just brought it to the store!!! So, the store didn't want to deal with it ??? Or did they just want to take credit for selling it ??? I also noticed that anything I asked them at the store, they had to refer online to verify the offers I told them about. So, save gas and avoid headache, just go online, where they wave activation fees that the store charges for service that you can end up doing yourself. I give this 1-star since at least tech support was able to help.

this is my go to location for all my tmobile needs. i’ve had nothing but great experiences with all staff at this store as it provides great customer service in handling all of my transactions

On Saturday (1-22-23), both my wife went in and signed up and we both got new iPhones, "Erin" and "Yvonne" were GREAT and I'm still learning about the phone and today (1-23-23) I went in and had few questions and "Omar" shall I say, "help" me and I asked my question and he took my phone and he started showing me how it worked and this where I he needs "customer service", he spoke and his mannerisms were like he was talking and showing a child how to work the phone, if you go to this T-Mobile, please ask for help from Erin and Yvonne and NOT Omar!!

The management is terrible. The employees are scam artists. I was bamboozled into a phone plan that took me months to resolve. The store and customer service passed the blame to one another. Go to any other place.

Shouts out to Bryan and Joel. They aided my mom and I to: 1. Transfer her from Verizon.2. Add her to my line with a new phone since her old one was running into issues. 3. Confidently transferred videos and texts over to this new phone. Updating our phones has been concerning for us because we want to keep our texts and photos with someone who is no longer with us. These two assured us that it can be done and with their help, it was. Thank you two.

I've called and visited every store from Norwalk, Whittier, La Mirada to La Habra. All the workers rude and disgruntled. Idk what is about these workers but they have such an attitude or simply no customer service skills. I have been a customer for over 15 years now. Countless number of phones, basically been paying nearly $300 a month for that many years for a family of 5. Besides the disgruntled workers. The service has been great. No issues their. Can't give stars to a computer for doing its job. Maybe the coders, and or whoever works on the data. So the stars will go as followed...2 stars is for the La Mirada location and T mobile overall. You can thank La Mirada for the 2 stars or it would have been 1 star for the phone service alone. The one on Imperial and La Mirada was your saving grace. The tall gentleman was great. Let alone we can never get a deal like buy one get one free for being loyal customers and dealing with horrendous customer service(In which I've never complained or let them know how they are). T mobile has the worst deal EVER with the add a line. What? Makes no sense. I'm maxed out with 5. How do I add a line. The 2 stars doesn't do the La Mirada location it's service. So La Mirada if you are reading this please keep up the great work! On the phone and in person. Thank you! T Mobile, y'all got some work to do all across the board.

Please save yourself the pain of going to this store. I spent eight hours on the phone with tech support as my new phone hasn't been working since I received a new SIM through T-Mobile. Tech support, with friendly and patient service, ran me through every possible fix and ultimately recommended I come into a store. In the past I've had good experiences with the employees but I had a most unpleasant one with Edith today. She was unfriendly and told me she couldn't help me at all. She dismissed my explanation and implied I was wrong about having a line and account with T-Mobile. I was surprised she didn't try to log into my account so I could show her, but I wasn't interested in continuing interactions with her at that point so I left. She didn't give any recommendation as to what to do next until I asked, utterly clueless. At this point I just felt so hopeless and discarded by her customer service and lack of knowledge. The only option I really have is to join another cellular provider and hope they can provide me with a phone line that works from the start.

Deserve less stars! Waited 45 min for someone to get off lunch for them to tell me I have to call a number. They need better customer service. Better training! Something worst experience I've had with tmobile. And I have been a member for over 10 years! Dont ever come here unless u want to waste ur time!!

Just got my daughter a free phone One Plus N200 by trading in an old flip phone I had in a dresser. If the sales rep had not mentioned to me I would've just bought it for full price. Definitely recommend going into the store and finding out what kind of specials are going on that week so you can take advantage and also the chance to be helped by the team. Great customer service experience!!!
