I do not feel valued as a customer, I came to get my haircut on October 29 by Rebeka very lovely girl to talk with during the cut. I have natural curly hair I asked if she was comfortable cutting curly hair she informed me yes I asked for short layers so that my hair can look fuller and not have to do much to it. During the cut she did ask if I straighten my hair? I responded yes now and then. After leaving the question bothered me so I straighten my hair, and come to find out half of my head is not even layered correctly! I contacted her and asked if she can fix my hair she advised me yes but when I arrived I was told I had to wait an hour and a half this is not good customer service if you mess up and a customer is allowing you to fix your mistake then you should value her as a customer fit her and do not ask her to wait!!! I was told Saturday 30th and the 11/5 SI am furious

We came into Supercuts for a walk in and were told it would be an hour wait . They took our name and number along and stated we would get a call once they were ready . We waited past an hour and 20 and walked back in . I asked one of the females kindly how much longer it would be and she mentioned to let the other girl finish and she would be with my son . The man standing at the cashier then questioned what did I need . I said my son is just waiting for his hair cut, we were here about an hour and 20 min ago . Instead of saying we will be right with you when we can or thanks for waiting he said I didn't see you an hour ago I was here . He basically Implied I was lying which I didn't appreciate . He then said he (my son) checked in already. I have his name . I didn't appreciate the unprofessionalism at all and we only waited since we really needed a hair cut . I will def not return after 1 hour and 40 min wait . I understand sometimes the wait is longer but use some customer service skills.

I go to Supercut places for about 20 years now, all over Ca, about 7 times a year. This place gave me the worst experience I've ever had. The owner planned me in 1 hour to late, so he ran into planning issues. So it seems he used a "stand-in" to cut my hair. First off, I said to use taper 6 for the back and the sides. In the back so switch these tapers out for about 10 times from, low to high numbers, back and forth. I had no clue what she was doing, but it seems she loves to switch out tapers. At the end my ask for a taper 6 cut became a taper 2 cut in the back. Second: the way she cut my hair was strangely unusual. I've never seen this "technique " before. Didn't make any sense. From the front it ended of in the weirdest way. Thirdly: I asked for a chemo. The way she did that was basically rubbing that stuff all over my neck , ears and forehead. Another extremely unusual "methode". Basically she had no clue what she was doing. Forth: when she washed my hair, she had no consideration of my position. It was extremely uncomfortable. I also ended up with wet t-shirt on the back. I have no doubt she has no license and the manager for sure knows that. This means: prime time, amateur time!! It was my first time at this Supercut, and for sure the last one. The Supercut franchise should kick this store out as fast as they can, as they actually will hurt the brand name. And I need to start reading Yelp reviews again, because this store has a low one. So it's partially my own fault as well.

I haven't been to this location in 5+ years but I never had any complaints. Today I took my kid here because Pelitos was having some kind of Covid super spreader event yesterday with the place packed with stylists, kids and their parents. Made a noon appointment and walked in 5 minutes early. They are respecting the safety and well-being of their clients by only allowing 2 clients at once. Plenty of distancing and masks required. The stylist did a great job with my son's hair and we will definitely be back. We won't even miss the " free" dollar store toy (that breaks within a day) that you get at Pelitos.

This the worst salon ever not recommended at all. The lady there took forever to make a blow dry and i left with a messy hair and sh take 74$ and 25$ only for using the iron and my hair is messy

Randomly came into this location today, was in need of a haircut but did not feel like traveling to my normal barber. I walked in and was greeted by CeCe, she was very mellow and very cordial. She asked for my info and saw I checked in online, she said that she didn't have anyone waiting and she could see me right now. She was very attentive and was very easy to talk to while cutting my hair. She definitely made it a worthwhile visit. I will definitely be returning in a few weeks for another cut.

Would not recommend this place at all. Better off going to a barber school. At least you would have been chances of a decent cut. Had my sons hair cut here, an it was a horrible. Come to find out it was the manager that was cutting his hair. After realizing the horrible cut, we when back to have them fix it. But not it was getting worse. She started chopping off the top. To even the fade off. But the patches were on the bottom. Which made no sense. But luckily another barber was able to come help fix the mistakes. His hair is never this short. Lesson learned.
