I went in to purchase a few cat toys and dog treats. I was greeted when I entered the store, I found the items I was looking for very easily. The cashier was very friendly and helpful at checkout.

I hate to do this to latinas. BUT the customer service is silly. This lady was prancing around NOT at at the cash register is anything she was several feet away. I in the other hand, was ready to pay. I was told to wait on the slow customer. Why? She’s still looking around. Then the other worker said, “I’ll help you here since you’re in a hurry.” I said thanks. Then she ask me for my phone number. I said, “ Dude let’s just skip it.” Then she gave me attitude, “ WELL, cancel it in your ex then.” Attitude. Someone tell them that if a customer is looking she is not next to use the register

The staff are all friendly. My concern is with the high prices of dog food. You prices are going higher and higher and is putting a hardship on pet owners.

Waited well over 15 minutes for 1 feeder mouse, there was plenty of staff and was not busy at the time, just poor communication between staff.

I brought my dog here to get his nails trimmed. A little pricey but worth it. They were very nice and use a dremel which works best for my pup. My only issue is you can't get a quick appt.

Made an appointment to get my dog's nails clipped. I only wanted a trim. On the email it said Ashley was going to cut my dogs nails but a groomer who's name Heaven cut my dogs nails instead. I didn't mind. I trusted this girl. She was gentle and super nice to my dog, which I liked. But before walking out of the groomers to pay I noticed something. On the paper with the barcode it said "Nail and Ear Care" which was going to be way more. Whenever I take my dog to this location I only get his nails cut. I asked Heaven why it said that. She looked at it and then said "Oh well I already buffed his nails. He didn't like the clipping but didn't mind the buffing." Idk if she expected me to respond with "Oh okay it's fine then??! LOL no. I showed her the email again and how it only said mail trim...THAT'S IT. Horrible customer service. Why would I pay for something that I didn't want in the first place? She then printed out the right service which was mail trim ONLY and didn't say anything to me like a "Goodbye have a nice day". I recommend the groomer who's name is Alejandra who's cut my dogs nails in the past. She's super nice and good costumer service! Hope this helps anyone who takes their dogs to this Petco location.

Quality grooming but check your credit card bill if using that form of payment because I've been charged with transactions I did not make. I'm working that out with Comenity(Petco Mastercard).
