I had a great experience with Marisol at the Whittier location. She was patient, educational, empathetic, and answered all my questions. She kept assuring me that it was fine to try the different mattresses. I made a purchase and I’m looking forward for my long overdue mattress.

Great customer service! Very considerate and sincere. Paciently introduced and explained all choices. Respectfully waited for my decision which took almost two weeks.I would give a 10+ to Marisol!

I cannot EMPHASIZE the superb service I received today from both Luis and Marisol. I am NOT SPONSORED in any way. There was a couple there when I arrived. Luis did not rush them to get to me. In return, he was JUST as attentive with me. Not once did I feel pressured, rushed, or taken advantage of. Both Marisol and Luis were EXTREMELY knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Thank you sooooooo much!

I just left this place 20 min ago and Marisol is just the best !!! She wasn’t just a salesperson She truly cared about the health issues I have been having for months now and she gave me her most honest opinion and helped me make my first mattress purchase. She was very supportive and made me feel at ease when shopping. She is just overall a very nice and kind person. Thank you Marisol for all your help. I truly appreciate you.

I had a great experience buying mattresses from this Store. Marisol was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was patient and made sure to answer all our questions. We bought mattresses for our 3 teenagers so it took us some time to decide as all three were looking for different feels. Marisol made us feel good about not rushing. We got a good Labor Day deal and should get our mattresses this week.

Best location for buying a mattress thankfully we came across Luis he’s excellent at his job, he was friendly, taught us a lot about mattress, and he helped us find the perfect mattress for our comfort. Best customer service ever!! Definitely recommend. Thank you Luis ?

If you are looking for a mattress or bunkie board like we did look no further. This place is great but the customer service is Amazing !!! Luis was very helpful and informative. He took the time explaining and educating us on the different types of mattresses so we can make an educated choice based on our needs.He was very helpful and our purchase went smoothly along with scheduling our delivery . Check them out next time you are shopping for a mattress you won’t be disappointed with the quality and with the customer service you will receive.

I desperately needed a mattress right away, I walked in and was greeted by Luis, he was super friendly and helpful. I ended up buying a full size mattress and I returned an hour later and purchased a second mattress. Both are getting delivered tomorrow. I was in a bit of a hurry and Luis was prompt, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this location.

We walked into Mattress Firm to look for a new mattress sinces we will be moving to a new home. When we walked in we were welcome by Marisol. She asked as what we were looking for & made sure to ask us questions to make sure we were both satisfied with a mattress. Took her time with us to lay on mattress & explain how the technology is with each of the matress. Marisol was very nice & definitely recommend talking to her about mattress.

I highly recommend this specific store, Marisol was amazing. Great customer service, very informative and understanding to your specific needs. It’s taken me a long time to figure out the type of mattress I needed. It’s silly to think finding a mattress is hard to fine but it truly is. Marisol helped me understand the differences in brands and types of mattress that are out there. I was able to finally get a mattress that will help my overall sleep. I’ve spent thousands of dollars buying the wrong mattress over the years. I’m so glad I shopped at this store. Thank you Marisol for all your help and patience. You and Luis make a great team!
