Horrible experience with edible arrangements. Their quality has gone down so much! I paid $180 for flowers, and what arrived was horrendous. Dying flimsy flowers in a vase. I called them to complain and explain that these flowers look nothing like the ones i ordered and paid $180 for ..and the woman working there said sometimes the photos arent same online and it’s just what corporate sends them??? What?? Isn’t that false advertising ? I also paid to upgrade a vase and she said they were sold out ??? No refund. Instead they gave me the free dollar tree vase. I got scammed. Go to Vons which is in the same parking lot they have way better flowers for so much cheaper. Also the chocolate they are using now tastes horrible & low quality. I will never order edible arrangements ever again and I will warn everyone I know. And they added in a fake Apple in the bouquet for what?? disgusting greedy company!!!!!! ??

Very bad experience the fruits got there All rotten wasn’t it suppose to be fresh. They don’t have good customer service didn’t help me with my problem. Was not worth what I paid for.

Was not happy with service. She had me waiting there for a long time, when she had stated to show up at a specific time. I had to walk around for an hour and went back and she had me wait 30 minutes more.

Today to beat the heat we stopped in to Edible arrangements for 3 smoothies, took about 5 mins to get order straight, 3 different flavors, a kale something, bananarama something, and a berry something, we were told 10 minutes and can wait outside they will bring to us, well after 10 mins we walked in to see the delay they say 10 more mins no drinks, we wait and go in after that one drink is given the kale, friend drinks who is given a spoon as well as straw hhhhmmm he thought tried to suck threw straw hard time, and then has kale all over his tongue and between teeth, almost done he walks in to be given second smoothie not sure which one it is so thirsty I snatch it, a little thick, and not as smootheish as i was hoping or cold for that matter, almost done, Mom screams from car What's takin so long to go in and finally get last smoothie, saying extra thick with spoon and straw, Mom takes a sip and says YUK this is horrible half hour for this, we all try and Yuk. over $20.00 and half hour later, we will be making our own in half the time from now on.

Ordered a chocolate covered strawberry platter for Mother’s Day and it looked like a 5 year old did it. Not satisfied with my 70$ order. Not only that, service was 0/10. Do not recommend spending your money here

This Edible arrangements in Whittier is absolutely the worst customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRANCHISE AS THEY ARE NOT ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.. After ordering a birthday small bouquet as SHOWN IN THE PICTURE WITH A CUPCAKE, BALLOON AND A VERY SMALL FRUIT CONE, I was upset truly angry dissatisfied with how the manager refused to correct the problem of a missing cupcake. Would it have killed him to work with the customer to come to a simple solution to send the missing cupcake to the 15 year old grandson who never received it and I paid $34 for this special birthday surprise. I am trying to get their corporate office to make this right but still I have no response. The manager was a total j*** after I stated I dont want a refund, just send a new order of 1 single cupcake, he refused!! Now after total insult to injury I am demanding a refund for unprofessional handling of a simple request. Edible arrangements should not exaggerate or super impose, magnify their products online when they know they are cheating the customer with false advertisement AND NOT DELIVERING TRUE EDIBLE PRODUCTS THAT THEY REDUCE, MINIMIZE AND WITH CHEAP BALLOONS!! TOTALLY DISGUSTED BY THIS BUSINESS PRACTICE!

They used to have the best and sweetest strawberries, but now they're the smallest and tart-eat strawberries I've had. Definitely not worth the $50 a dozen price. The one ripe strawberry I got was a little too ripe.

I NEVER leave negative reviews, but here I go:I had a fruit bouquet delivered yesterday 1/27/23 at 2:00 pm when I wasn't home. I was at the hospital and didn't get home until 9:00 pm to find that the fruit was left on my doorstep, warm, and with ants. I was upset that anyone would leave fresh fruit out in the open when no one is home to receive it.I spoke with a lady at the Whittier, CA Edible arrangements that said they would redeliver a fresh fruit bouquet and deliver today. I told her that I didn't need the holder, just the fruit. She verified that it would be delivered. We were home all day and no one showed. I left a message this evening at the store and a man named Choi called back.Choi told me that "after further investigation", the customer told him to leave it at the door. That doesn't make sense when it's fresh fruit. Either way, I told him that I thought that wasn't fair to the person who spent the money who sent them...she wasted her money on the delivery of fruit that was spoiled by the heat. Choi said it wasn't the company's fault because the customer told them they could leave them. He also stated that it "wasn't that warm of a at and that fruit wouldn't go bad that quickly". I called and asked if they could make me a fresh bouquet without the holder because I didn't need that part and again, over and over he talked about losing money and how it wasn't their fault. Definitely not the customer service I expected from a reputable company who I used to used the time. Finally, after going back and forth about this issue, over and over, he said I could come to the store tomorrow and pick up a fresh bouquet and to bring the holder with me. I just asked for the fresh fruit only. I am on bed rest for 6 weeks after surgery so now my husband is having to drive over to get the fruit tomorrow.Seriously, I am very upset. This is poor customer service...I never write negative reviews because I'm a very positive person, but after the way Choi spoke to me and made me feel like I didn't matter as the recipient, I'm angry.After being a customer of this. Establishment before this disaster, I will never ever go there again!

Placed my order 24 hours in advance , called the morning of my delivery to ensure the timing for my delivery and was told they only deliver between 2-4pm. Asked the representative if they could deliver before 4pm because the recipient leaves at 4 and was ensured they would. Called again around 3:30 because it still had not been delivered, was again reassured before 4pm. Did not get delivered until after 4pm. Surprised ruined! Do better & be better.

Ordered my daughter some chocolate covered edible strawberries, pineapples and apples, plus a balloon and she absolutely loved it! She said it all tasted perfection and said the whole thing made her day. Thank you guys so much for getting this out to her quickly and doing such a beautiful job with it all. I will be ordering from you again in the future and thanks again

I came in for a small arrangement for my daughter but this place continues to be horrible in customer service the only reason I come to this place is because it's the closest to my home I continue to expect that maybe the next time I come I get better treatment from the staff but nothing changes I don't understand how corporate continues to allow these people to continue to run this location after all the reviews you will figure you'd make some changes but I guess corporate that's not pay attention to customer feedback I definitely will not come back to this place.

*Alert* The following information may make you sick after reading. On Wednesday July 27,2022 at approx. around 2-4pm I was at the Wienerschnitzel in Whittier (10810 Beverly Blvd, Whittier, CA 90601) eating my food in the dining room when an Edible Arrangements Driver exited the Wienerschnitzel to his vehicle. I noticed he went to the passenger side of the car and out of nowhere, he started to take out his personal part and pee on the side of the car. It was horrible to see a person who handles the delivery of food items do such an unsanitary action in front of everyone. If you ordered anything from edible arrangements this day, I feel so sad for anyone who did because it has been contaminated. I will not be ordering anything from that Edinle Arrangements. I hope with this information they can talk to their employees.
