Horrible experience, people there don't know even what's come in their listed menu. We spent almost 20 minutes while they were figuring out what will come in gift box listed in their menu and ended up getting nothing. Store people don't have clue about their listed store menu.

Do not come here if you want an employee to talk down to you! I ordered a strawberry box for my wife over the phone. At first service was nice. When I went to pick it up they had no record of my order but sure took the money out of my debit card. The big girl who was acting like she was helping was being passive aggressive and in no way helpful. Called my bank to cancel what was already charged.

Horrible be-careful when you order delivery. I placed online order for my mothers birthday they did not deliver and did not contact me. Only reason I found out they were not delivering is because I kept calling. Horrible

I placed an order which I thought could be construed as confusing, but I figured I would call the next day to clear up any misunderstandings. But, literally 10 minutes after i placed the order, Hannah called me to go over the order. She was more than helpful and super polite and professional! My daughter said the strawberries were extremely fresh and she loved everything about it! Thank you so much Hannah and Edible Arrangements for a job well done!

Edible arrangements is always my go-to spot when I want to make someone's day special. Today I walked in to the Whittwood location and inquired about a few gift items for a birthday. Unfortunately the tall skinny girl working the counter was completely useless. She couldn't give me any straight answers and was very insecure about the things she was telling me as far as what's available, how long it would take to be made and even something as simple as telling me whether or not my item could be delivered on time. She completely ruined my experience and I will probably never come here again. I'm definitely going to try their other competitors and see if I can atleast recieve some decent customer service.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered from here, called them and expressed that I need this delivery to be made by 4pm. The driver confirmed that she will be able to do this by 4pm. 4:30 the driver decided to call me stated that she will be an ADDITIONAL 15-20 MINUTES LATE. Not only was she late but she stated she was driving this delivery in her personal vehicle?! Not even a refrigerated-vehicle . So not only was my order late but the order WAS MELTED! Horrible customer service!! Would not recommend one bit.

I love edible arrangements however the attitude really sucks at this location. They say they offer curbside pickup however when I got there I had to go in the store to pick up my daughters anniversary gift. The girl there gave me a horrible attitude walking away while I was still talking to her about me thinking they had curbside pick up. I get everyone has a bad day but it's to early in the morning for this type of behavior. Will not return.

Thank you so much Edible Arrangements! I placed my order online the night before you made the delivery. I wasn't sure if I had given enough time to make and deliver three different thank you gifts, but you came through with three beautiful and delicious items complete with individual cards all delivered on time during Covid 19! I will definitely use you again!

I wish this business and all local small businesses luck during these difficult times of Covid. However, this business had challenges delivering my order. I was told my arrangement would arrive at 4:30pm and it arrived at 7:30pm with the excuse that their driver called in sick. Not the best bouquet presentation one is used to by edible arrangements. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt and assume this was an isolated incident. I still give them 4 stars based on previous orders and wish them the best. When this Covid mess is over, I will still support them.

I have used Edible Arrangements multiple times for my company and it has been a huge hit each time. Great quality of product and with my last order they were able to get it out in time, despite the short notice. We will definitely be utilizing them again!

Two of my friends each both me a box of edible arrangements for my birthday and I only received one that day. The next day my friend called them to ask them what had happened and instead of just taking care of it they called me... which was weird bc I was just the one receiving the gift. They should have resolved this issue with the one purchasing the gift not receiving it. Common sense isn't so common I guess.They apologized and said there was a mix up, that because my two friend both ordered the same thing they thought it was a duplicate order. (Did they not see that it was from two different people? Not sure how online orders work...)Then they said they could throw in a cookie or something to make it up to me. I never got that cookie. Lol Also there's mold on the first order I received 7/28 and today is 7/30... is it suppose to be like that after 2 days? Don't waste your money ordering from them, Sherry Berries is better!

I love edible arrangements, hence the gift I received. I am a huge edible arrangements fan. But this location was a huge disappointment. I received a special surprise of these strawberries, when I bit into the strawberries 90% of them were soft. I couldn't enjoy them. The texture and taste were not up to par. They used what tasted like and looked like old strawberries they were getting ready to throw out. I couldn't even enjoy them and for the price of these strawberries I felt bad throwing them out. I would not recommend this location.
