My husband comes to this 711 all the time and pumps gas often here. Today we were going to pump gas and he really needed to use the restroom. When we arrived at the door it said "gas not working" OK fine so he went on inside to you the restroom. When he got out the cashier wearing stripes, male, curly hair told him he couldn't use the restroom only customers. So rude not to mention their coffee machine read "not working" also. You lost yourself good customers who come here often

BEWARE NOT 24/7! I work 5pm to 2am and walked almost two, skipping my bus stop to go home, to find that 7-Eleven is NOT 24/7!AGAIN, BEWARE NOT 24/7. The Winchell's is open 24/7 right across the street. That's what I did. I'm not about to give a store my hard earned money that lies on Google. Shame in them!

The coworkers don't know how to work they don't know how to speak with there customers they need to act like they need to speak to there customers if they don't why they working in this location they need to know how to speak to customers if something is wrong the manger needs to do something

i fell this morning coming out the door and it was no signs out and i called up there to let the girl know that it is very slipper and they need to do something, because it will be more people falling and she did not care, now im at work in pain about to go get my knee and thumb check out

A woman WORKING around 8pm yesterday accused a mother IN FRONT OF HER CHILD of being drunk. Then a man went up to her and said “are you drunk or something?” Screaming at her in front of her small child!!! He was like 5 or 6 years of age. She was clearly okay and was looking for some type of candy. I met her outside and asked if i could do anything for her. And the woman looked scared. I cant believe these people just treat their customers like that. I felt so bad for the womanid make an extra mile drive to my next 711 than come back and give business to these people. It made me so mad. If theres any way we can report them or anything, please let me know.

I come in around 130 everyday and the femal cashier there is so friendly and helpful. Never had an issue here.

7-eleven has always been known for being open 24hrs 7 days a week so why is it they don’t open until 6am it don’t make any sense at all

Went in three times to ask the lady at the counter to turn on the air machine for the tires and either she didn't turn it on for me each time or it wouldn't work. In California they're supposed to provide you with free air for tires for paying customers... disappointed.

STILL NOT WEARING MASKS!!!!!Want COVID? Love crazy homeless people? This is the place!! No mask? No problem. I repeatedly see people walking in without a mask and absolutely nothing is done. There are often crazy homeless people at the door, shouting obscenities. When the employees are asked what they are doing about it, they just shrug it off.They are usually stocked with what I want, but it doesn't matter if you are going to kill my family.

Would give it five stars if not for the attitude of the old man at the register. Doesn't really have people skills. Very dry, pushy, and unwelcomin. Other than that gas was cheap store was stocked and the fridges had the drinks amazingly ICE Cold! Literally burned my hand while holding the drinks. And I mean that in a positive way on a 92° day ?

Business hours are wrong. They are not 24 hours they don't open until 6am. They need to update their business hours. Every time I go at 5am the door is locked and they have a hand written sign says don't open until 6am
