There is an old passport guy who is really rude and unprofessional. He is just USPS guy but acting like CBP ??
Very arrogant attitude and trying to find something wrong with the documentation. Not helpful at all.
Now i understand why there are lots of really bad review with him. Hope USPS see these reviews and fire him haha

Disrespectful staff that just stands around talking and doesn't attend to customers waiting. Don't waste your time here.

WORST USPS LOCATION, Avoid going here at all. Most of the employees including the manager are careless about your shipping needs. They act like the customer has no rights or deserve a good service, also they lost 2 packages that I dropped off with a shipping label prepaid already and when claiming to get a refund they says label was printed but never received by USPS. They did not care when I said they were dropped offs.

Been having missing mail. This time is sensitive information as i never expected since all the time it would be delivered just fine. Im questioning their informed delivery or just how they process things in general as usps company. Nowadays i guess time to switch to another mailing and delivery services with more secure and protected. Live chat agent is never there, if there is they would direct to contact local usps, then local usps only has customer care phone number instead, and then waiting line is like 1hour before they can assist. Now, there’s nothing you can do if there’s no tracking number on your mails. Basically, they force you to spend more money if you want all mails delivery. Going to report mail theft since it happens twice and each was about sensitive information included.

one of the worst customer service ive encountered in all my years. The passport renewal office (the old guy with rude attitude) made us wait for 50 mins to our appointment schedule. then its finally our turn and he sent us out to fill the paper again cause there was a mistake in it (this is my fault and i accepted it)and instead to look at all the documents we might or might not have so we can prepare better. no. he sent us out to write again and waited for another 20 mins just to come in and asked us to go back and find a new translator to translate again. not only the passport officer was rude but it seems the old lady standing at the mail is hella rude as well. i came up to ask for a new form as the guy in the office told me to and that old hag just yell at me “Oh My God” with the angriest attitude like i just stole her infant off her hands. like calm down, you’re not even paying for the paper ?♂️please check the employees again and possibly hire a whole new crew cause these old people are taking their job for granted. learn how to be a basic human toward another human.

Can anyone tell me where to find a nice post office with nice people? The women here are rude and short (no pun intended). I ask for a flat rate shipping package and she hands me a tiny one then pointing at the wall at upgrades. They just keep trying to overcharge without explaining the cheapest way to ship something. Please hire happy younger optimistic staff members not crabby old ladies who take their job for granted.

Went here 4 times and they sent me home every time because I was missing something. But they kept adding in stuff to give during the passport renewal. Unacceptable.

Never had any luck at this post office. Packages go missing and searches come up with nothing. I ship multiple items daily and I know how the system works. For over 20 years I've been reselling and shipping. Packages just don't "disappear " they get stolen by crooked employees. The latest package was a Priority Mail bubble envelope with a 500$ silver necklace inside. I dropped in the blue postal box due to the office being closed and then the package just magically vanishes. I mean the blue receptacle by the Westminster court house shouldn't be too hard to find right? How many carriers pick up from that location? A normal non USPS person can't steal from those boxes either. I dropped off at 7pm and the pick up was 8am next day. But now its just gone? Im going to stand at that location every morning and ask the carrier if he happened to see this padded envelope because the USPS sure isn't doing anything about it and now I look like a lying thief to my customer and I have t0 refund him the money h3 sent. Thanks for costing me customers and money USPS.

The workers here are actually very friendly. This place is the main post office in the Little Saigon area of Westminster so a ton of Vietnamese people come here for passports and immigration stuff.. I'd imagine when you're dealing with that, you learn to be very direct with your communication. Maybe there is a culture difference where these Vietnamese think the USPS workers are supposed to hold their hands.. idk. Most of the employees are Vietnamese here so you can't play the race card. This place does exactly what a post office is supposed to AND ITS OPEN TILL 530!
