They have the best customer service and prices around. I’ve been coming here for 8 years and I’m never disappointed. Family owned shop with amazing service and very cheap prices. The dealer quoted me more then twice what they fixed my car for. Hands down the best auto shop I’ve ever been too. Ask for Danin he will take care of you!

I think this is owned by a family or family members help each other out. My catalytic convertor was recently stolen by someone who feels good about stealing them from the innocent.Customer service was great as they always picked up my phone calls and answered every question. They were friendly, helpful, and accommodating of my needs or requests, and they provide advice randomly. Super quick to order parts and repair also. I drove my car for two days so I know the repair service is great. Thank you! I appreciate your help and service, Ok Auto Repair!

Really great, friendly service!! Found a nail in my tire and needed it to be patched. Luckily I found Ok Auto Repair, conveniently located next to Phước Lọc Thọ. They worked on my car immediately and was done within 15-20 minutes. Not only did they patch my tire, but they were also nice to check my other tires and filled their air pressure. Price was fair and way better than the dealership.

When you experience car problems it can get pretty pricey & finding a good mechanic can be pretty difficult these days.Through some recommendations, I started going to Ok Auto Repair & I've never looked anywhere else since for car maintenance needs!What I like about Ok Auto Repair.-No Frills, only highlights what's necessary to fix.-Helps you understand regular maintenance that prevents future car failures/breakdowns & overall take care of your car.-Very efficient with maintenance timing, generally pretty accurate ETAs.-Prices are very reasonable/competitive for regular maintenance & big milestone fixes (100K mileage, etc).-While you wait you can explore Little Saigon, use the wifi, grab a quick bite.Generally I'll bring cash to help small businesses avoid many of the crazy seller fees these days!Super appreciative for all the help with maintenance & car fixes over years from Ok Auto Repair, & I'll be coming here for the years to come!

My family has been going here for over 12 years. I met Chu Huy when I was a child. This is one of my favorite mechanic shop for anything. Make sure to call ahead and make an appointment, it gets pretty busy. Chu Huy and his son are super fast when it comes to servicing/repairing cars. Everything is reasonably priced. I highly recommend bringing cash.

Mr. Huy at the OK auto repair is an awesome machinist. He diagnosed my car very accurately and informed me accurately when to expect my car and worked with ways to save me money. Best service ever. Highly recommend.

I used to take my cars to the dealerships or major tire/ mechanic chain stores for peace of mind. Oftentimes, they would "up sell" or find something else wrong with the cars. I know I was paying more but I didn't mind as long as I was being treated fairly. I was not... Example, the new installed brake pads that leave dust and make noise (cheap parts)... The last draw was when they told me the wrong parts came in and asked me to come back the next day. I finally asked around and got a recommendation to take my car here, OK Auto Repair. Because it's a small "mom and pop" store, I didn't expect much. My first impression was... wow. The shop is clean and tidy. It's conveniently located near the Asian mall. You can go explore, shop, or get a bite while waiting. The mechanics are all in clean uniforms with name tags. They even tuck their shirt in. I got someone attention right away. He asked me what I needed and got right on the phone to order parts. The job was done right and on time. Long story short, I've already been back as a happy customer. Their prices are very reasonable. The quoted price is what you pay. They don't try to squeeze in tax or credit card fees. I have found a shop that offers the best of both world. The clean facility, great customer service, and very reasonable prices. There's just one thing I would change about the shop if they asked me. The shop should be called The Best Auto Repair. I guess modesty is their thing and I'm OK with that:).

I have been taking all my cars here for the past 10 years for all maintenance work and repairs. The technicians here are very knowledgeable and professional when it comes to fIxing client vehicles. They are also very trustworthy and priced right! Definitely recommend coming here for anything from your simple oil change to engine repair and suspension work.

OK Auto Repair is perfect place to to take your car for minor repair to major repairs and all types of maintenance. They are reliable and they give you the best advice and they try to save you money if the repairs you are asking is not really needed. Their pric6are reasonable.
