I bring my car there and they refused to repair. Reasons only referrals customers allow to repair there. What a stupidity. Why you open a business and only service if customers referral. D*** stay away.

Don't ever bring your car here for repair. This places deserves no star since both the lady owner of this place and her mechanics are fraud. I was referred here by a friend. My car had leaked oil issue so I brought here for repair. They charged us more than $1000 for the repair and told us there was 3 month warranty on their repair. Two days later after we brought the car home, we still had the oil leak. Because of the referral and living far away from this place, we brought the car back a week later. We were told that the warranty was voided because we took the car somewhere for the repair. Omg, why would we bring the car elsewhere for the same issue if we already paid these fraudulent people over $100 for the same issue? We ended up bringing the car to Jiffy Lube and were told that the last mechanics from Lyby's used some kind of silicone to fill a small leak. Jiffy Lube charged only extra $15 to fix the issue while we got charged more than $1,000 by Lyby's. If you don't want to get ripped off, stay away from this horrible place.Service: Transmission replacement

The sweetest old couple run this shop. I came in not even knowing I had a flat tire (I thought it was just low tire pressure but I wanted to see if I could do a check-up to be safe). They fixed it for me really quick, and I really felt like I was safe and at home there. Really recommend.

I had a Mini Cooper that had various issues so I was wary of auto repair shops because I had a few bad experiences with them. One of my friends recommended Lyby's because her parents have been going here since she was a little girl. She uses them now too and recommended them. They're simple, they fix it and if they find anything else they let you know but never pressure you. So for all of you who've dealt with your share of shady repair shops, give Lyby a shot.

I went today to drive around to look for estimate on repairing my car , I stood by the door and a older Asian woman came to me and I asked her about my car ( I barely opened my mouth and she said no no we are busy , they have one car is up . I told the lady Wait let me say what I need. She said no no. I said mam I don't need it today and she walked away from me that was so Rude and bad customer service I guess they fix only to the Vietnamese community only. I'm going to BB&B

Since I live in the area I have used most of the mechanics around here and Lyby's stands out the most as far as both quality and price goes. I've gotten my oil changed here, sensors replaced, and brake pads replaced at all great price points as far as Lexus repairs go. Their english isnt the best but they do know what they are doing as far as repairs go.
